Chapter 949 Do You Want Some Homemade Jello?
Victoria didn't expect Alexander to be so understanding this time. When she cried out in pain, he stopped.
The two quickly washed up, mostly with his help, and then returned to bed.
Her freshly washed face was particularly smooth and tender. Alexander pressed her down. "Is it okay now?"
"Do you really have to..." She asked.
"Yes," He interrupted Victoria and continued, "Just thinking about you leaving soon makes me want to make love to you forever."
After everyone had gone to bed, Diana drove back to that neighborhood.
Even though it wasn't as cozy or had the same good atmosphere as the Harrington Mansion.
Diana looked at the window next door, feeling both heartbroken and helpless.
Heartbroken that Curtis didn't dare to love her, and helpless that she was so proactive in seeking him out.
As she reached the door, she couldn't help but turn her head, wondering about Curtis's current relationship with Mr. Harris's niece, Leah.
But then she remembered him shaking hands with Leah, and she immediately turned to open her door.
Just then, the door next door opened too, and she instinctively turned around.
"Why are you back so late?" He asked.
Standing in front of Diana was Leah. Leah said, "Curtis, is this your neighbor?"
"Yes, her name is Diana. This is Leah." Curtis introduced.
Diana greeted reluctantly, "Hello."
"Hello, you're so pretty," Leah replied.
Diana gave an awkward but polite smile, then turned and went back into her house, closing the door.
'Curtis and Leah have only been seeing each other for a short time, and they are already at his place. Juliette has only been pregnant for a few days!'
Diana thought and suddenly felt drained, and thought she should just go home.
She waited until he had seen Leah off before stepping out, only to run into Curtis standing at the door, asking her, "Who upset you?"
"No one." She said, closing the door.
"Where did you go so late?" He asked.
"Home." She walked with her head down.
"I have some homemade jello, do you want some?"
He suddenly asked her.
Diana was puzzled.
She turned to look at him, and Curtis smiled, "Come over and have some. I can't finish it all by myself."
She walked back, arms crossed and bag slung over her shoulder, into his house.
Curtis asked, "Really, no one upset you?"
"Yes." She replied reluctantly.
But she still felt very aggrieved.
Curtis habitually reminded her. "Go wash your hands."
"I'm not at home, and I don't need my hands to eat," Diana muttered, walking over to the sofa to sit down and turning on the TV with the remote.
Curtis felt that something was off with her tonight, like she was feeling down.
Two minutes later, he came out with two servings of jello, both in very pretty bowls.
He was always meticulous, even when riding on the back of Juliette's electric scooter, let alone with his household items.
She took it, listlessly, "Thanks."
She scooped a spoonful of jello into her mouth, but couldn't eat it.
Diana used to love these treats, always forcing him to make them.
"Did Leah eat this jello too?" She asked.
"No, it's just the right time to eat it now. It wasn't set yet when she was here." Curtis explained.
Diana listened and glanced at him.
But she remained sullen.
"At least try a bite." Curtis couldn't stand her gloomy demeanor.
"I don't want to eat anymore." She replied.
"Why?"Curtis was puzzled; she used to love these.
"I want to go home. My family is there, and they care about me a lot."
