Chapter 566 But I Want You to Be My Woman

Alexander hung up immediately, his expression serious.

Victoria was too incensed to speak.

——

Upon arriving at the new house, Alexander parked the car, got out first, and thoughtfully opened the car door for her. "We're home."

Victoria sat inside, refusing to get out or respond to him.

This was not her home.

"Hurry up and come out. Grandpa and Grandma are waiting for us." Alexander looked down at her sulking face, his pleasant voice reminding her.

Victoria felt threatened and glared up at him.

But he smiled as if he wasn't intimidated by her at all.

Victoria felt like a small ant in front of him, easily controlled by him.

And with Brett and Eloise waiting for her, she had no choice but to get out, clutching her phone.

Alexander closed the car door and saw her walking inside unhappily, almost unable to suppress his laughter.

But he couldn't laugh; he reminded himself to stay serious.

Otherwise, she'd be even more furious.

Just as Victoria walked in, someone greeted her, "Good evening, Mrs. Harrington."

Victoria was puzzled momentarily. Seeing him dressed as a chef, she politely nodded in response. "Good evening."

"I'm preparing dinner; it should be ready in about fifteen minutes," The chef smiled and reported to her.

Victoria smiled. "Okay."

The chef returned to the kitchen, and she stood there for a few seconds before glancing toward the living room.

The living room, twice the size of the Harrington Mansion, was empty and lifeless.

Eloise, whom she had seen in the video, wasn't on the large couch. She walked over, puzzled, and couldn't help but look around, softly calling, "Grandpa, Grandma, I'm back."

However, there was no response.

Alexander walked in unhurriedly, hearing her gentle voice, feeling both sour and sweet inside.

Victoria didn't hear his footsteps but instinctively turned to find him already close. Her mind buzzed, and she softly asked, "Where are Grandpa and Grandma?"

"Maybe in their room," Alexander replied softly.

"Is it on the first floor? I'll go say hello." Victoria believed him.

Though she was alert, she thought Eloise was indeed here.

So she reassured herself that Eloise must be here.

After checking two rooms and not finding them, she turned and asked, "Where is Grandpa and Grandma's room?"

Alexander smiled at her, "Maybe one more room ahead?"

Reminded, Victoria continued walking. However, the further she went, the faster her heart raced. The sense of danger was about to explode.

And the next second, in the dim hallway, someone suddenly grabbed her arm and pulled her to the wall.

Alexander stood before her, his intense masculine presence enveloping her. He held her slender arms, his deep eyes looking down at her, and said softly, "I don't want to lie to you anymore."

"What?" Victoria was stunned, her voice hoarse.

"This room is indeed prepared for Grandpa and Grandma," he said, looking at her lips, continuing softly, "But they are not inside."

"Then where are they?" Victoria asked.

"They went back," he said, and the next second, he kissed her on the lips.

Victoria's breath was taken away again.

The trust between them completely disappeared. But it didn't matter anymore.

What mattered was that she was held, losing control.

Victoria was questioned until she was dizzy, and he only stopped when she was too weak to resist, telling her, "They just came to see the house. They left before we got back."

Victoria was furious. "You..."

"Don't blame me," Alexander said and kissed her again.

Victoria instinctively tilted her head, but he kissed her even more passionately.

"Honey, I just don't want to miss another night with you." Alexander's attractive, deep voice made her quickly lose herself.

He said, "At first, I wanted to trick you into Grandpa and Grandma's room. But after thinking it over, I felt it wasn't right. Honey, we have our own room."

Victoria called out his name, "Alexander..."

"I'm already twenty-nine," he said, "Let me be your man."

He tried to seduce her by his seductive voice. And with such continuous sweet talk, his skilled kissing, and the deep love she had buried in her heart, she felt a beast in her chest, crashing against her heart, over and over, as if it would tear her heart apart, and then...

"No." When a rush of blood hit her head, she came to her senses and quickly refused.

Alexander kissed her neck, leaving a deep mark. He loved seeing his marks on her and couldn't help but kiss again, but she said no.

"Say you want it." He pressed his forehead against hers, then quickly teased her lips.

Victoria cursed, "You're shameless."

Alexander said, "You're my wife."

"I'm not. I..." Victoria tried to retort, but Alexander kissed her again.

All her resistance was silenced until...

"Mr. Harrington, Mrs. Harrington, dinner is ready."

From the brightest corner of the hallway, the chef's voice came.

Alexander finally stopped.

He felt Victoria relax, but he was reluctant to let her go.

Victoria sneaked a glance at him. Seeing he had calmed down a lot, she reminded him, "I'm hungry."

She thought, 'Eating will keep some distance.'

The table was big enough to give her some space. She believed she could escape.

"Of course, we need to eat, but there's something more important to do after dinner." Alexander said seriously in a low voice.

Victoria looked up at him, puzzled. "What's more important?"

Alexander sneered, "Your man is twenty-nine and still a virgin, what do you think?"

Victoria's mind went blank again.

"Tonight." He held her hand, looking at her with unwavering eyes.

Victoria immediately shook off his hand, pressing her hands against the cold wall, refusing, "No way."

"You want to," Alexander said.

Victoria shook her head. "I don't want to."

"Think carefully," Alexander reminded.

"Don't talk to me about the past. You had your chance, but now you don't," Victoria said and was about to leave.

Alexander quickly blocked her way with his long arm, staring straight at her.

Victoria took two steps back but remained firm. "Unless you rape me, I won't agree."

Alexander said, "Okay, if that's what you like."

Victoria was furious. "How could I like that?"

"But I want you to be my woman. I promise, I'll do it," Alexander said firmly.
