Chapter 421 Sleep with Her

Victoria's face turned red immediately. She quickly lowered her head and softly said, "I don't want to."

Alexander smirked a bit wearily.

Later, after both had washed up, they lay in bed, each under their own blanket, neither able to sleep.

Alexander's arm rested on his forehead, feeling that everything they had thought before was simply a joke. That person hadn't touched her at all.

Frustrated, he turned over, his chest rising and falling slowly. Alexander, you can't just fantasize because you want to have her. If that man didn't touch her, why did he tie her up, knock her out, and what about the blood on the bed?

There must be something wrong. Alexander told himself to stay calm, but he couldn't calm down all night.

Victoria couldn't help but look up at his back, not knowing what he was thinking. But he was acting strangely today. She mentioned that it was cold and suggested they each use a blanket, to which he surprisingly agreed.

What time did it need to be clarified? Victoria felt a slight pain in her leg, shifted a bit, and continued sleeping.

However, the blanket had completely collapsed.

Alexander held her from behind like having a child, burying his face in her neck to sleep.

At around seven in the morning, Victoria was awakened by a phone ringing. She heard a groggy, husky voice behind her.

"What does he say?" Alexander asked.

"He says he has a sexual relationship with Mrs. Harrington. Mrs. Harrington was a virgin at the time," His subordinate put it delicately.

"I see," Alexander replied indifferently, then hung up the phone.

He slightly raised his head, saw the woman in front of him still asleep, quietly removed his arm from her, and then stealthily got out of bed.

He tried not to disturb her, letting her sleep a little longer.

Soon, he went to wash up and then left Regal Retreat.

Victoria found it strange that she got up after he left.

The maid helped prepare breakfast for her. As Victoria headed to work, she ran into Isabella downstairs.

"Victoria," Isabella greeted.

Victoria saw it was her again and continued walking briskly outside.

Isabella caught up and said at the door, "I hand that person over to Alexander."

Victoria stood in the sunlight, turning her face away from the light. The glare made it hard to see Isabella's face clearly.

"I handed him over to Alexander to deal with. I told you I wanted to make peace. I appreciate you and Alexander giving me this chance," Isabella added.

"What are you talking about? Who wants to reconcile with you?" Victoria asked.

"Alexander says he would reconcile and convinced you to reconcile with me," Isabella said.

"I won't," Victoria replied.

When driver Mark quickly brought the car over, Victoria got in.

But on the way, her head started to ache again.

Victoria thought, 'What's going on? Isabella hands that person over to Alexander, but Alexander doesn't mention a word to me.'

When thinking about the phone call he received in the morning, Victoria couldn't help but feel disappointed.

Victoria arrived at the office building quickly, but Alexander came at ten o'clock.

"Come to my office," Alexander said as he passed by her desk.

Without anything, Victoria just picked up a few prepared documents and followed him upstairs.

She wanted to hear what insincere words he had this time.

That man was in his hands. He had said he would bring him to her and ensure he got his due punishment. And now, what was he doing?

In the office, his tall figure stood to the side, waiting for her to enter before slowly closing the door. Victoria took a few steps inside, turned to look at him, and asked, "Alexander, what's the matter?"
