Chapter 793 Daisy Is Taken to Serenade Villa
After the two from the Bryant Group left, Daisy arranged to go out with Neil.
Today was New Year's Day, and everyone seemed busy, busy finding friends to hang out with.
At Alexander and Victoria's Serenade Villa, Edward and Olivia, Emily and Sebastian, and Benjamin also sneaked out with Tessa.
Tessa sneaked out. After all, her family firmly opposed her being with Benjamin and even secretly arranged a fiancé for her. She had to go through a lot of trouble to get out.
As soon as their car arrived at the entrance of Serenade Villa, they saw another familiar car. Tessa recognized it first and said, "Why is he here too?"
"Your previously arranged fiancé?"
"No, it's Neil."
Tessa said.
Benjamin immediately glanced at the car.
When they reached the parking lot, Benjamin and Tessa got out of the car, and Neil was already waiting for them.
However, there was a very slender girl next to Neil.
When they realized it was Daisy, they couldn't help but be surprised.
Tessa, being classmates with Neil and relatively familiar with him, walked over and asked directly, "Why did you bring her?"
"Is there a problem with Ms. Bryant?"
"Don't you know she wants to ruin Alexander and Victoria's relationship?"
Tessa said bluntly.
Neil turned to look at Daisy, who seemed a bit nervous, "Ms. Hughes, why speak so harshly? Aren't we all just pursuing the ones we love against all odds?"
"Are you kidding? Who's like you?"
Tessa found Daisy unreasonable, comparing herself to her.
Although she snuck out, her love was open and honest.
"Benjamin, long time no see."
"We're not close, no need to call me by my name."
Benjamin said indifferently, then gently wrapped his arm around Tessa's waist, "Let's go inside, don't catch a cold."
"Okay."
Tessa felt warmed by Benjamin's gesture.
Daisy and Neil walked behind them, and Daisy whispered, "Did I cause you any trouble?"
"No, let's go."
Neil didn't care much.
He was just bored and had something to ask Alexander for help with; otherwise, he wouldn't have come.
After Alexander returned, he called his friends and was now chatting with William, Edward, and Sebastian, while Victoria and the others went upstairs.
They were all so familiar, why did they go upstairs?
Did Victoria leak again?
Her milk supply had decreased, and she didn't seem to have changed much, but her breasts felt much better than before.
But even if she was leaked, why take those women with her?
Alexander suddenly felt irritated; he didn't want Victoria to be seen by anyone else, not even women.
Jenny came up to say Tessa had arrived, and the three women came downstairs together.
But no one expected that Tessa wasn't the only one who came.
"She was brought by Neil, nothing to do with me."
Tessa stood beside them, quickly clarifying as they all stared at Daisy.
Daisy felt inexplicably sad, seeing these rich girls all having such a good relationship with the lowly Victoria.
She thought these women must be because of Alexander. If that's the case, whoever is Alexander's woman would be their friend, right?
Daisy felt a bit disheartened by such cheap feelings but also thought it was good because everyone had a chance.
Victoria didn't like Daisy, and from that day on, she liked her even less.
Daisy suddenly had a strong perfume smell.
And that perfume was very familiar to Victoria, it was Isabella's.
But Isabella was now in prison.
Later, while everyone was playing cards, Victoria couldn't help but keep an eye on Daisy, who seemed to be sticking close to Neil but was staring at Alexander next to Neil.
Victoria wasn't concerned about where Daisy's eyes were looking, but...
Hopefully, it was just her wild guess, after all, if the perfume was sold, someone would buy it.
Olivia, sitting next to Victoria, leaned in and whispered, "Did you smell it too?"
Victoria turned and exchanged a glance with Olivia.
Naturally, they immediately understood each other.
"Mrs. Harrington keeps staring at me, is there something dirty on my face?"
Daisy suddenly smiled at Victoria, cupping her small face in her hands and asking softly.
This immediately drew the attention of the surrounding people.
Alexander glanced at Daisy and then said indifferently, "Don't overthink it."
Hearing his words, Daisy was stunned and then awkwardly lowered her head, "Okay."
She was like a doormat, listening to whatever Alexander said, even if she felt wronged.
"Ms. Bryant listens to Mr. Harrington, doesn't she? Mr. Harrington, why don't you ask her to roll a snowball in the snow for us? Let's see if she rolls faster or our dog rolls better."
Emily said.
Daisy's expression was hard to read, worried that Alexander might ask her to do that.
Alexander just sighed helplessly and said to Sebastian, "You play for me next round."
"Okay."
Sebastian agreed and secretly squeezed Emily's shoulder.
Sometimes, it was better to say less.
But the Windsor family never let Emily suffer. They taught her all the rules she needed to know, but they also taught her to be strict with those who didn't follow the rules.
Emily nudged Sebastian with her elbow, telling him to stop, and couldn't help but say, "With so many people here, using such strong perfume, I wonder what she is thinking."
Finally, someone mentioned the perfume, and Daisy quietly looked at Alexander.
The more she cautiously looked at Alexander, the more Victoria and Olivia, as experienced women, understood where the perfume came from.
Alexander acted as if he didn't notice, just letting Victoria win two rounds to make her happy, then got up.
When Daisy saw him get up, she couldn't help but follow his face with her eyes, watching him stand behind Victoria, feeling frustrated.
Sebastian sat down and smiled at Victoria, "Victoria, I won't deliberately lose to you."
"What?"
Victoria snapped back to reality, stunned.
Who deliberately lost to her?
Although she sometimes felt Alexander was deliberately not playing his cards, but...
Alright, she looked down at the cards everyone hadn't collected yet, and Alexander's cards were ridiculously good.
Sebastian shuffled the cards and said, "We're playing to see who's sincere."
"Do you have to be so sincere with me too?"
Emily, beside him, squeezed his shoulder and bent down to whisper a threat.
"I wouldn't dare."
Sebastian immediately smiled obsequiously at her.
Alright, after falling in love with Emily, he became more aware of cherishing his wife.
When Victoria played her next card, a warm hand suddenly held her wrist, reminding her, "Let him win this round."
Victoria turned to see Alexander very close to her, wondering when he got there, but he suddenly turned his head too, and then...
