Saskia and Nathaniel didn't care about anyone's opinions.
"Do you think you and Nathaniel will last?"
"Don't forget, your statuses are never equal. If Nathaniel didn't care, why would he bring you to these parties so often?"
"In the end, he does care."
Saskia noticed the woman in front of her was looking at her with a challenging gaze.
She also noticed the woman's elegance and nobility.
A beautiful woman, but with such an ugly heart.
Saskia retorted quietly, "Even if Nathaniel cares, that's his problem. What does it have to do with you?"
"And you only dare to say these things to my face, not in front of Nathaniel. So what else do you have to say?"

Nathaniel recognized the woman who had been talking to Saskia as Electra Ross, Amy's good friend.
Why would Electra be in front of Saskia?

Nathaniel led Saskia forward, and she had no idea what he was going to do. To her surprise, Nathaniel brought her to Electra.

Nathaniel being here must mean Saskia had complained. Otherwise, why would Nathaniel come?

"Fair and lawful, for the country and the people. If you don't provide some evidence, we won't believe you."

"If you don't convince us, we can't believe that everything you did before was truly lawful and good."
"Why waste time talking to him? Call the police and have them take him away for investigation."
These words made Saskia's scalp tingle.
She immediately stood in front of Nathaniel, unwilling to let him face any danger.
Seeing Saskia's small frame, Nathaniel's eyes welled up.
