Chapter 460 Hasn't Aaron Married You Yet

"Are you waiting for someone? Who is it? Your lover?" The five men surrounded Olivia and flirted with her.

After slapping Tony's hand away, Tony touched his hand and smirked wickedly, and said, "You hit me because you want to flirt with me. You really like me. Then, stop waiting for your lover. Come with us. We'll take you out tonight!"

As he spoke, the other men pulled Olivia along.

Olivia screamed in terror, "Don't touch me! Let go of me! Help! Help!"

"Don't scream! Your voice sounds sweet. You can scream while making love to me," Tony said as he covered Olivia's mouth and smirked evilly, dragging her toward a nearby alley.

Olivia struggled with all her might. But she was just a weak woman, no match for the five men.

In the dark and freezing alley, the five men pinned Olivia to the ground.

They removed Olivia's clothes until she was naked.

To prevent her from screaming, Tony stuffed her underwear into her mouth.

Olivia's eyes widened with fear. She vigorously shook her head as she watched Tony smile wickedly and pounce toward her.

In the car, Aaron said to Noe, "Investigate who leaked my whereabouts. And immediately fire that person."

Aaron cogitated, 'Olivia couldn't have appeared here by coincidence. It must be someone who leaked my whereabouts.'

"Yes," Noe nodded and asked, "Mr. Gordon, where are we going now?"

Aaron fell silent before saying, "Let's go back to the mansion."

Aaron had to stay in Houston for one more day.

He needed to deal with work and give an explanation to the shareholders during the meeting.

This incident was caused by Aaron's opponents, which damaged the reputation of Gordon's group.

Although the matter had been resolved, Aaron had only taken care of internal affairs.

He had yet to punish his opponent.

Aaron was never a person who took beatings without fighting back. When he became gloomy and was thinking about something, he took out his phone.

His brown eyes went from cold to gentle.

Aaron pondered, 'I'll call Nora and tell her I'll be one day late coming back. She will have to endure one more day of loneliness.'

At this time, Nora sat by the window and had dinner with Becky at a high-end restaurant in Lindwood City.

Becky replaced Betsy as the spokesperson for Gordon's group. Knowing that Nora helped her get this opportunity, Becky invited Nora to dinner.

Nora did not refuse and agreed to have dinner with Becky.

"I never thought that one day you would help me. Nora, let's have a drink together," Becky said.

She filled their glasses with wine, and Becky raised her glass.

Nora raised her glass, too, but she suddenly received a call from Aaron.

"Sorry. I have to take a call," Nora apologized as she put down her glass and answered the phone.

"Hello?" Nora answered.

"What are you doing?" Aaron asked.

"I'm having dinner," Nora replied.

"Are you having dinner with the kids?" Aaron asked.

"No. I'm eating out," Nora answered with a smile.

"You're eating out? Who are you eating with?" Aaron was puzzled as his gentle voice gradually turned cold.

Nora looked at Becky, sitting across from her, and replied, "I'm having dinner with Becky. She became the spokesperson for your company, so she warmly invited me for dinner."

Upon hearing that Becky invited Nora to dinner, Aaron became gentle again.

"She should indeed invite you to dinner. It's because of you that I let her become the spokesperson for my company," Aaron agreed.

In fact, Aaron was telling Nora that he valued her.

Nora sweetly smiled and inquired, "Is your work done?"

Aaron replied, "Yes."

"Are you coming back today?" Nora inquired.

Aaron remained silent and then asked, "Do you want me to come back and be with you?"

Nora was startled and replied, "No."

Aaron stayed silent. After a while, he asked, "Really?"

"Of course. I'm comfortable sleeping alone on a big bed," Nora teased and giggled secretly.

Although Nora wanted Aaron to come back, she felt that he could come back later, so conflicted!

"Nora, did you hear the sound of my heart breaking?" Aaron pretended to be sad.

Nora laughed, and answered, "I'm about to eat. You're probably not coming back, right?"

Aaron said, "I want to return, but you don't want me around. I'll come back later…"

Aaron seemed to complain, but Nora laughed even more happily.

"Don't joke around. If you're okay, I'm going to hang up," Aaron threatened.

Nora thought, 'I really hope he can understand my thoughts. That way, he won't go against my wishes and keep making love to me.'

Looking at Nora sweetly smiling, Becky asked, "Did Aaron call you?"

"Yes," Nora replied.

"Your relationship seems to be developing smoothly," Becky asked.

"Yes," Nora nodded.

Looking at Nora, Becky paused and asked, "Since it's like that, why hasn't Aaron married you yet? Is he worried about you having three children?"

Nora suddenly became serious and replied, "No. It's me who doesn't want to marry him so early."

Becky thought, 'Nora doesn't want to marry Aaron? In Houston, countless wealthy women want to marry Aaron!'

Becky was puzzled, and asked, "Why?"

Nora looked at Becky, explaining, "Because I once got hurt in love, so I don't trust men so much."

Becky thought of the past and felt guilty, raising her glass and apologizing, "I'm sorry. It was my fault before. I apologize to you formally now."

Hearing Becky’s words, Nora took a small sip of wine and smiled.

She never expected that one day, she could sit peacefully with Becky and have a meal together and that Becky would apologize to her sincerely.

"Are you good at drinking? I should clarify. If you get drunk, I won't take care of you. You should know that I need to go home and take care of my three children," Nora teased.

Becky took out a tissue to wipe the corners of her mouth, saying, "Don't underestimate me. In these past few months, I have learned a lot on the set.

"Besides learning acting from Baldwin, I also worked as his assistant and accompanied him to social events. Drinking is necessary during socializing. So, I drank for Baldwin. Now, I'm good at drinking," Becky said, proudly.

Nora did feel that Becky had matured.

"That sounds good. You have become more mature," Nora said.

The waitstaff began to bring in the dishes one after another. Becky poured Nora a glass of water.

"A woman without support must become mature," Becky remarked.

Nora took the water glass; seeing Becky mocking herself, she asked, "Did you and Lucas not reconcile?"

Becky laughed, and said, "Why should I reconcile with him? Right now, I only want to make money to fight for custody of Noah with him."

Nora was surprised. She thought, 'Becky actually has this idea. She used to be so infatuated with Lucas and even framed me for him.’

'A person can only mature through social experiences,' Nora noted inwardly.
