Hearing Emma's words, Nora smiled.

"Mom!" Howard was startled and shouted.
Nora quickly checked her breathing, then laid her on the ground and performed CPR.
Soon, Emma gradually regained consciousness. She stared blankly at the concerned eyes of Nora and Howard, her eyes turning red.
Emma asked, "Howard, is it true that Kenneth had an accident? Is he still unconscious?"
"Yes," Howard was also in distress as he replied.
"When will he wake up?" Emma asked eagerly.
Howard said, "Kenneth is in a vegetative state now. Whether he can wake up depends on the effectiveness of the later treatment."
