Chapter 939 Are You Trying to Be a Homewrecker?

Gabriella was stunned. "When will she wake up? She promised to go shopping with me."

Aaron frowned. "Gabriella, don't you have anything else to do? How long are you planning to stay here?"

Feeling hurt by Aaron's tone, Gabriella replied, "Mr. Gordon, isn't it rude to chase me away? Do you think I'll complain to Nora?"

Aaron sighed, said nothing, and walked away.

Gabriella's expression softened as she watched him leave, her thoughts deep.

Suddenly, a young voice interrupted her.

"Gabriella, do you like my dad?"

She looked down to see Billy's wary eyes.

This kid was sharp.

Gabriella patted his head. "Billy, don't be so hostile. Your dad is handsome and rich; it's normal for women to like him."

Billy dodged her touch. "So you admit you like my dad?"

Gabriella raised an eyebrow, neither confirming nor denying it.

"Your dad and I are business partners. If I didn't like him, we couldn't work together."

"Gabriella, don't be vague. I'm asking about feelings. Do you like my dad?"

Billy's face grew serious.

Gabriella laughed. "Billy, you're so young. Why are you talking about feelings? Do you even know what it means to like someone?"

Billy's face darkened. "Don't change the subject! Just tell me, are you trying to be a homewrecker?"

"Billy, don't be rude to our guest!"

Carter, startled by Billy's questioning, quickly intervened.

"Mrs. Smith, it's okay. We're just chatting," Gabriella said, greeting Carter.

"I'm going upstairs to change clothes."

As Gabriella left, Billy frowned deeply. His gut told him she wasn't simple.

"Billy, you can't be so rude to our guests," Carter said softly.

Billy replied, "Great-Grandma, I'm not being unreasonable."

Carter was taken aback. "Do you think Gabriella is not a good person?"

Billy said nothing, his little brows furrowed.

Gabriella had infiltrated their circle, and he needed to talk to Alex.

Running upstairs, Billy opened his tablet and called Alex.

The call connected quickly.

Alex, looking serious as always, answered. "Billy."

"Alex, something serious has happened," Billy said urgently.

"What happened?"

Alex remained calm.

"A woman client of dad's came to our house, and I think she has feelings for dad."

Alex frowned. "A woman client of dad's?"

"Yes, her name is Gabriella. She has some military business with dad and stayed at our house last night."

"She stayed at our house? Did dad bring her home?"

Alex's face darkened.

"No, I think she followed him. Dad doesn't like her," Billy quickly explained.

Alex's expression softened. "I see. I'll have someone check her background."

"Okay."

Meanwhile, in another villa, Aaron had no clue Alex and Billy were stressing over adult stuff.

After finishing some work, he worried Nora might be hungry, so he brought her some food.

Nora was still asleep, looking peaceful.

Aaron's heart softened. He sat by the bed and gently coaxed, "Honey, wake up. Eat something before you go back to sleep."

Nora groggily opened her eyes. "What time is it?"

"It's still early, not even nine."

"Not even nine!"

"That's early?"

Nora jolted awake. "It's already nine. I need to get up."

She remembered Gabriella was still there and didn't want to neglect her guest.

"Are you worried about neglecting Gabriella?" Aaron asked, knowing her well.

"Yes, Gabriella rarely comes to Youston. I need to take good care of her," Nora said, sitting up.

"Take care of her? It'd be best if she felt neglected and left."

Aaron looked displeased.

Nora chuckled and gave him a look. "She's your business partner. Be a good host."

Aaron's face was cold. "I don't lack business partners."

Nora didn't argue. "Move, I need to wash up."

Her slightly sheer white nightgown outlined her graceful curves, making her look irresistible.

Aaron's throat felt dry.

He scooped her up and kissed her.

"Honey, why do I feel like they've gotten bigger?"

Nora instinctively wrapped her arms around his neck, puzzled. "What?"

Aaron's eyes fell on her chest. "Did I make these bigger?"

Nora playfully slapped him. "Put me down. I need to wash my face."

Aaron chuckled. "Aren't you tired? Let me carry you."

Nora didn't argue, letting him carry her to the bathroom.

But Aaron wasn't well-behaved. In the bathroom, he kept touching and teasing her.

Nora was getting aroused. "Aaron, if you keep this up, I'll get a new husband!"

Aaron's eyes narrowed. "Who do you want to replace me with?"

Nora replied, "Someone without a penis."

So she wouldn't be tormented every day!

Aaron's face darkened. "You can't mean Gabriella, can you?"

Nora's eyes twinkled. "It's not impossible."

Aaron said, "I'll send her away right now!"

Nora burst into laughter.

After some playful banter, she finally finished washing up.

They went downstairs together.

Aaron held Nora as they went to the dining room.

Maybe because she had eaten too much last night, Nora didn't have much appetite for breakfast.

She forced herself to eat a little, then went with Aaron to her house.

Gabriella was sitting on the couch, bored, watching TV.

Samantha and Carter were singing in the garden, driving her crazy.

Gabriella was about to text Nora when she finally saw Nora and Aaron arrive.

Suppressing her irritation, she got up to greet them.

"Nora, you're finally awake? How could you leave me alone?" Gabriella complained.

"Sorry, I woke up late. Have you eaten?" Nora smiled.

"Yes."

"Shall we go out for a walk?"

"Sure."

Listening to their conversation, Aaron's face darkened.

"Honey, don't stay out too long."

Gabriella's eyes shifted. "Mr. Gordon, would you like to join us?"
