Elara sneered, "What law did I break? I just want to find a man to marry. It's not breaking the law. Besides, I am Elara, the future chief here. Here, I am the law!"
So Elara held such a status. No wonder she was so arrogant.
Nora understood. Thinking about what Elara said that there were ways to make Aaron obedient, Nora felt a slight unease.
How did Elara plan to make Aaron obedient?

Nora composed herself and said, "Your name is Elara; it seems you know medicine, right?"
Elara replied, "That's right, without me, your boyfriend would have died long ago."

Upon hearing this, Elara narrowed her eyes and asked, "Do you want to compete with me?"
Nora smiled slightly and glanced at the bottle in Elara's hand. She said, "Miss Elara, is the bottle in your hand filled with poison? It seems you understand medicine, right?"
Elara did not deny it, saying, "That's right."

Nora had the same idea, so she took Erin's hand and left the room first.
Soon, Elara also left the house.
She instructed Seraphina, who was following behind her, "Watch the door carefully at home; don't let unrelated people in!"
After giving the cold order, she quickly left with the person who had come for her.
Seraphina glanced at Nora, who was looking at her, and thought of Aaron being locked upstairs. She smiled apologetically and prepared to close the door.
"Wait a minute," Nora said. She felt that although Seraphina looked exactly like Elara, their temperaments were completely different.
Moreover, when Frederick was looking for someone earlier, Seraphina seemed to have said a few words, seemingly wanting Elara to release Aaron.

So Noe picked up Erin, Frederick picked up Alex, and they quickly followed in Elara's direction.
Meanwhile, Elara arrived at a house.
An elderly woman in black clothes, with a black cloth wrapped around her head, was anxiously waiting for her. She was the chief of this place, Deborah Rodriguez.
"Chief, what's the situation with Ruth Gonzalez?" Elara asked as soon as she entered the door.
Deborah replied, "I'm not sure of the specifics. All I know is that she suddenly fainted."
"Aunt Elara, please save my great-grandmother." a four or five-year-old girl tugged at Elara's clothes, her voice choked up.
Her big, dark eyes were filled with tears.
"Okay, Kimberly, don't cry. I'll go see your great-grandmother first," Elara said.
She entered the room and looked at Ruth lying on the bed, whose lips had turned purple, and reached out to carefully check her pulse.
