Chapter 680 Encountering Zephyr Again

"I'll take this time to sketch out the most suitable face shape for you based on your features for your reference," Lori said.

Lori looked at Sandy. "Or if you have any ideas, feel free to share. For example, if you want to get surgery to look like a certain celebrity, that's fine too."

Upon hearing this, Sandy quickly replied, "No need, just make me look ordinary."

Lori laughed. "This is the first time I've heard someone come to Radiant Beauty Clinic and just want to look like an ordinary girl."

Sandy smiled but said nothing.

Nora, standing nearby, chimed in. "Lori, she is very down-to-earth. Don't listen to her, just go with your ideas. Don't make it too exaggerated. Just make her look about 70-80% like her original self."

Lori nodded. "I got it. Mrs. Hamilton is already a beauty, and I just need to make some minor adjustments."

"Yes." Nora agreed.

"Alright, shall we call it a day?"

"Yes."

"Thank you, Lori."

Sandy thanked Lori and put her veil back on.

"You're welcome." Lori smiled.

"We'll take our leave now."

"Okay."

Nora helped Sandy out of the consultation room, and they walked outside.

With a casual glance, Sandy saw a familiar figure in the distance and paused.

"Zephyr Wright?"

Nora was taken aback. Following Sandy's gaze, she saw Zephyr talking with a doctor in a work uniform.

A hint of surprise flashed in Nora's eyes.

"He came back from the fishing village?"

Not far away, after chatting with his friend for a bit, Zephyr started walking forward with him.

As he looked up, he saw the two women.

Surprise flickered in his eyes. He said something to his friend and then walked over to them.

"Dr. Smith, Dr. Hernandez."

Nora nodded and asked, "Dr. Wright, what brings you here? Don't tell me you're planning to get a plastic surgery too?"

"Dr. Smith, you're joking. I have no plans to change my appearance."

Zephyr glanced at Sandy, understanding that she was probably here to get some scar removal treatment, so he didn't ask further.

"Then why are you here?" Nora asked curiously.

"I have a friend in the anesthesiology department here. I needed to see him about something," Zephyr explained.

Nora nodded and asked, "Are you not going back to the fishing village?"

Zephyr's fingers curled slightly. "There's nothing I'm attached to there now. Why would I stay?"

His eyes were filled with sadness and desolation.

Sandy lowered her gaze and said to Nora, "Nora, let's go."

Nora responded, "Dr. Wright, we'll be leaving now."

Zephyr looked at Sandy, wanting to say something, but ultimately just said, "I'll walk you out."

"No need, you go ahead with your business," Nora replied.

Zephyr didn't say anything more, silently following behind them.

His eyes lingered on Sandy's back, filled with longing.

Sighing inwardly, Nora turned around and helped Sandy towards the door.

At that moment, a man stormed in with a sullen face full of anger.

He walked quickly and bumped into Nora's arm as he passed by.

Nora's arm throbbed with pain from the impact, and the force nearly knocked her off balance.

On the other side, Zephyr quickly steadied Sandy to prevent her from falling.

Sandy glanced at him, gave a grateful smile, then pulled her hand away and looked at Nora with concern."Nora, are you okay?"

"I'm fine. What about you? Did it affect the baby?" Nora asked quickly.

"No." Sandy shook her head.

Nora breathed a sigh of relief, frowned, and looked back at the man, who had just bumped into her.

But he seemed completely unaware that he had hit someone and was striding quickly inside.

That was the way to Lori's consultation room.

Nora frowned, feeling that something was off about him.

"What's with that guy? How rude, bumping into someone without even apologizing," Sandy said with a frown, clearly displeased.

Exactly.

Nora rubbed her arm where she had been hit, still feeling a sharp pain.

It seemed like a hard object had hit her arm.

If it was just his arm, it shouldn't have hurt that much.

It felt more like he had a knife hidden in him.

A knife!

Nora's face changed slightly as she finally realized what was off about the guy.

When he came in, he looked like he was ready to kill someone!

Just then, a scream came from one of the consultation rooms.

"What are you doing? Help, help!"

"Don't run, I'm going to kill you, you are heartless! You're the one who ruined me!"

Nora's heart skipped a beat. She was right; there was something wrong with that man!

"Nora, is something happening inside?" Sandy tensed up.

"It seems so. The man who bumped into me might have a knife!" Nora said gravely.

"What? What's he planning to do?" Sandy was shocked.

"Not sure, but we need to call the police immediately," Nora said.

"I'll call the police." Zephyr said, already pulling out his phone to dial for help.

Meanwhile, Lori came running out of the consultation room, terrified and frantic.

She was clutching her left arm with her right hand, blood gushing between her fingers.

Behind Lori, that man was chasing her with a fruit knife.

The bystanders screamed and backed away, afraid of getting hurt.

Nora's heart raced, and she quickly said, "Sandy, let's get out of here first."

Sandy was pregnant, and Nora was afraid she might get hurt.

Sandy opened her mouth to say something.

At that moment, Lori saw her and screamed, running towards them.

"Help, Mrs. Hamilton, please save me!"

Lori's face was drained of color. Seeing Sandy was like seeing a savior, and she hid behind her, screaming.

Now, they couldn't leave even if they wanted to.

Nora frowned deeply and instinctively stood in front of Sandy.

Seeing the attacker approaching, she tried to stay calm.

"Sir, what are you doing? Killing is illegal. Put the knife down!"

"Get out of my way! I'm going to kill this heartless doctor!" Ernest's eyes were bloodshot, and he shouted.

"Sir, let's talk this out. Why do you want to kill her?" Nora tried to buy time, hoping for the police to arrive.

Ernest's eyes were full of rage. "Ask her what she's done!"

Lori, clutching her wounded arm, peeked out, terrified and angry.

"What did I do? Who are you? I don't even know you!"

Ernest's chest heaved. "You don't know me, but do you know Aria Diaz?"
