Chapter 782 Getting Crazy Before Getting Old

Jenny's face turned red, and the cold wind outside made her shiver involuntarily.

She shook her head and moved back.

"I don't want to!"

Although Jenny had a bit too much to drink, she was still rational.

She was a good girl since she was young, and she didn't want to go crazy with Becky!

Becky pulled Jenny, not letting her back off.

"What do you mean you don't want to, Jenny? It's because you're too obedient that Edric looks down on you and dares to mistreat you. Let loose a bit!"

Jenny desperately shook her head, clinging to the window and refusing to give in.

Becky smirked, then tickled her.

Jenny involuntarily let out a loud cry.

Becky chuckled. "See, that's calling out. Carry on!"

Becky then proceeded to tickle her gently.

Jenny couldn't help but burst into laughter.

"Don't tickle me; I'll do as you say!"

Perhaps encouraged by Becky, or maybe just breaking the ice, there was nothing too embarrassing for Jenny anymore.

Jenny took a deep breath, cupped her hands around her mouth, and shouted, "Edric, you jerk, I hate you!"

Becky nodded in satisfaction, then mimicked her, shouting, "Lucas, you scumbag, big scumbag!"

The two women's shouts echoed back and forth.

Nora behind them couldn't contain her laughter, watching the two go crazy, bending over with laughter.

Becky and Jenny, of course, didn't forget about her.

Becky turned and called out, "Nora, come over here!"

Nora tensed up, quickly backing away. "I need to use the restroom!"

She didn't want to join Becky and Jenny in their madness!

Becky and Jenny weren't about to let Nora escape like that.

So they sandwiched her, blocking her before she could run into the restroom.

Then Becky grabbed her hand and dragged her towards the window.

Nora shouted, "Let go, you two crazy women; I'm a talented doctor; I won't play these childish games with you!"

She, Nora, was a cool and noble doctor with style!

She didn't want to play such childish tricks with Becky and Jenny, the two crazy women!

"Jenny, make her shout," Becky, unable to free her hands, said to Jenny.

"Okay."

Jenny understood instantly; mimicking Becky's earlier actions, she tickled Nora's waist.

Nora, both amused and annoyed, said, "Jenny, you're being naughty!"

Jenny laughed heartily. "Just being naughty once!"

Becky said, "Nora, hurry up and scold Aaron!"

"I don't want to!"

"Then I'll curse on your behalf!"

Becky dragged her to the window, then shouted outside, "Aaron, you shameless scoundrel!"

Nora wanted to cover her face and escape.

Jenny laughed uncontrollably, shouting outside, "Edric, you shameless scoundrel!"

Becky shouted, "Lucas, you shameless scoundrel!"

Listening to Becky and Jenny's shouts, Nora was about to die laughing, tears streaming down her face.

They were going crazy; Becky and Jenny were really going crazy!

The commotion soon drew the ire of the neighboring guests.

Someone pushed open the window and yelled, "Can you all calm down? A bunch of crazy women!"

Becky, a bit tipsy, heard the scolding and angrily shouted back, "Hey, who are you scolding?"

Nora quickly pulled Becky back. "Jenny, close the window!"

After a wild outburst, Jenny, scolded by the neighbor, regained her senses and obediently closed the window.

Becky, panting heavily, kept muttering, "I'll go settle the score with him. He dared to scold me. I'll twist his head off!"

Her face flushed from the alcohol, and her speech slurred.

Nora, fearing Becky might go berserk from the alcohol, quickly hugged her.

"Enough, that's enough. Don't go crazy!"

Becky struggled a bit but then stopped.

"Nora, I feel dizzy."

She closed her eyes, then hugged Nora, leaning on her shoulder affectionately.

"That's because you were acting crazy."

Nora chuckled, knowing Becky was really drunk, so she sat her down.

"If we don't go crazy now, we'll get old!"

Jenny, also a bit tipsy, sat down heavily beside Nora, resting her head on her shoulder, and said, "Yes, so let's rest a bit before going crazy again."

Becky took in Jenny's words, straightened up, and seemed to regain some strength.

Nora chuckled. "If we go crazy again, someone might call the cops, and we'll end up in prison."

Becky, proud, said, "Let them try. Who dares to send the wife of the top boss in Youston to prison? They're asking for trouble!"

Nora, listening to her drunken ramblings, wanted to laugh. "Who's the top boss of Youston, Lucas?"

Becky waved her hand. "Lucas isn't that important, but he's the cousin of Youston's top boss!"

Nora couldn't help but smile. "Becky, are you really drunk?"

"I'm never drunk; I can hold my liquor. Come on, let's continue drinking!"

Becky reached for the bottle.

Jenny also reached for the bottle. "Let's cheer."

Nora didn't stop them, picked up the bottle, and clinked it with Becky and Jenny.

The three of them looked bold, raised their heads, and took a few big sips of alcohol.

At that moment, Jenny's phone rang.

She glanced at the caller ID and saw that it was the butler calling.

Answering the call, she exclaimed, "Uncle Craig."

"Mrs. Bishop, please come back quickly; Mr. Bishop suddenly has a severe headache." Craig's voice sounded urgent.

Jenny was taken aback. "How did he suddenly get a headache?"

"I don't know, Mr. Bishop even vomited just now. I want to take him to the hospital, but he insists on not going, but his complexion looks really bad!" the butler said.

Jenny stood up. "I understand, please take care of him, I'll be back soon."

After hanging up, Jenny looked at the two women. "Nora, Becky, Edric has a severe headache; I need to go back right away."

Becky stood up and grabbed her. "How come he had a headache all of a sudden?"

"I don't know; the butler said he vomited; maybe he drank too much." Jenny furrowed her brows.

Becky, with a drunken gaze, suggested, "If he drank too much, have your servant make him some sobering soup. Why do you need to go back?"

Jenny said, "But the servant said Edric looks really bad; I'm afraid he might have alcohol poisoning."

Listening to her words, Nora's eyes flickered. "Did Edric drink a lot tonight?"

How coincidental, Edric got a headache as soon as Jenny didn't go back tonight.

"No, he was quite sober when he was talking to us just now," Becky tilted her head, trying to remember, then said.

Nora narrowed her eyes slightly, remaining silent.

Becky added, "I get it, Jenny. Edric must be pretending to be unwell to trick you into coming back."

Nora raised an eyebrow, somewhat agreeing.

Edric had been socializing outside, with a tolerance for alcohol that could be described as unyielding.

And today, no one had been forcing Edric to drink, so how could he suddenly drink too much?

It seemed a bit fake.

After a moment of hesitation, Jenny said, "I better go back and check; I can't leave him like this."

Even if she stayed, she wouldn't be in the mood to play anymore.

What if something really happened to Edric?
