In the bathtub, Nora was soaking and feeling a bit drowsy, yet inexplicably uneasy.

When Nora woke up, she felt like her whole body was falling apart.
Her eyelids were so heavy that she couldn't open her eyes.
Nora reached out to the bedside table, found her phone, and struggled to open one eye to check the time. It was already noon!

Nora rolled her eyes at Aaron, pushed him away, and continued rinsing her mouth.
Nora then pointed to her neck and arms. "Explain this. What were you trying to do?"
Aaron handed her a face towel, smiling. "Honey, do you know why dogs pee when they get to a new place?"
"Why?"
Nora took the towel and washed her face.
"That's to tell others that this is their private territory." Aaron said.
Nora threw the towel at Aaron and smiled lightly. "So, are you a dog?"
Aaron caught the towel, a smile flashing in his eyes. "Of course, I'm your loyal dog!"
Nora was speechless, looking at Aaron's smiling eyes, still feeling it was unfair.
Her gaze fell on Aaron's neck, and she raised her hand to hook around Aaron's neck, then stood on tiptoe and gave him a hard love bite.
Seeing the instant mark, Nora finally let go of Aaron, satisfied.
Aaron didn't expect Nora to be so childish.
He simply unbuttoned his shirt, revealing his well-defined collarbone.
"Honey, come on, continue, mark me all over."
Nora felt she shouldn't stoop to Aaron's level.
She punched Aaron lightly. "Move aside, you're such a nutcase."
Aaron's long arm scooped Nora into his embrace, his laugh magnetic and alluring.
"Yes, ever since I met you, I've been abnormal."
Nora was like a drug, making him unable to quit.
Aaron kissed Nora's pretty face, moving down to her soft, sensitive earlobe.
Nora's body went weak, the crazy memories of last night flooding back.
"Stop it. If you keep this up, you're sleeping at your place tonight!"
Nora's voice, though pretending to be fierce, carried a hint of softness.
It melted Aaron's heart.
Aaron turned Nora's body around and pecked her red lips lightly.
"That place was tainted by Jackson Gordon. Do you really want me to go back there?"
When Aaron mentioned this, Nora frowned.
"Then why don't you hurry up and have everything replaced and thoroughly disinfected?"
Actually, Aaron would have done this even without Nora's reminder.
Aaron smiled. "Yes, honey. Any other orders?"
"I'm starving. Let me go downstairs for breakfast."
Aaron held her as they walked out, not forgetting to joke. "Isn't it said that beauty is a feast for the eyes? I thought you'd be full just looking at me."
Nora rolled her eyes at him, ignoring his tease.
