Sandy had written a divorce agreement, left home, and had been staying in this remote place with her first love for two months.
For them, this place was like a paradise.
Jealousy surged in Kenneth's heart.
Zephyr couldn't let go of Sandy.
And if Zephyr couldn't wake up from this, would she stay here with Zephyr forever, raising their child together?
At the thought, Kenneth's aura darkened once again.
Due to his unstable emotions, he couldn't help but cough.
"Brother, calm down." Nora quickly patted his back.
Sandy and Zephyr, who were standing not far away, turned their heads at the sound.
When they saw Nora helping Kenneth over, Sandy felt as if her blood froze.
Zephyr was equally shocked.
Kenneth was here!
He had woken up!
Sandy stared blankly as Nora called out to her, "Sandy, look, who's here?"

"Kenneth, you're awake!" Sandy's voice trembled with excitement and emotion.

She was truly overjoyed!
Kenneth stroked Sandy's back gently, his eyes filled with tenderness.
He didn't speak, just stood quietly, letting Sandy cry and release her emotions in his embrace.
Nora, watching the embracing couple, felt her eyes moisten as well.
Wiping the tears from her eyes gently, she glanced at Zephyr.
At that moment, Zephyr stood quietly, his gaze fixed on the two with a mix of surprise, bitterness, and pain in his eyes.
While everyone rejoiced over Kenneth's awakening, Zephyr, perhaps, found the least joy in it. Because when Kenneth was awake, he would take Sandy away. Everything would go back to how it was before. Zephyr would be alone once again.
Although this outcome had been anticipated earlier, it didn't make it any easier for Zephyr when it actually happened.
Nora sighed inwardly, seeing Kenneth and Sandy still embracing tightly. She was worried that Kenneth might not be able to stand for long due to his weakened condition, so she spoke up, "Excuse me, Sandy, Kenneth has just woken up and is still very weak. Let's go inside and talk."
At her words, Sandy straightened up quickly and supported Kenneth, saying, "Kenneth, how are you feeling? Are you okay?"

Zephyr paused, understanding that Nora didn't want him to disturb Kenneth and Sandy inside.
His gaze fell on Sandy, who was carefully helping Kenneth sit down, her heart and eyes full of him.
Zephyr's heart ached as if cut by a blunt knife, and he turned to follow Nora to the side.
Nora looked at the sadness in Zephyr's eyes and felt sorry, but she had to remind him, "Dr. Wright, Kenneth has woken up, and he will soon take Sandy back home. I remember you said that once Kenneth wakes up and comes to take her, you will let go."

Zephyr looked ahead without speaking, his eyes filled with countless emotions.

He said, "I said, as long as I see Kenneth deeply in love with her, I will let go."
