Chapter 1025 Changing Appearance

William gently stroked Sunny's little face.

William chuckled, his eyes red. "Sunny, I'm telling you, I'm gonna win in the end. Just wait and see. When you grow up, you'll be just like me, always coming out on top. We won't ever lose."

Sunny looked scared, tears starting to form in his eyes.

In the dead of night

The hospital room was calm, with the soft night light casting a warm glow on Madison's pale face.

She lay alone in bed, almost blending into the silent night.

Through the window, the night scene was peaceful. Moonlight spilled onto the curtains, casting dappled shadows.

Stars dotted the sky, twinkling like diamonds, silently conveying a sense of endless loneliness and contemplation.

The door opened, and a black figure quietly entered the room.

He was thin, his steps light, almost merging with the dark shadows.

His gaze was sharp, like a star in the night sky, flickering with unpredictable menace.

The black figure quickly approached Madison, covering her mouth without warning.

Madison's eyes widened in terror, her heart racing, her entire body enveloped in fear. She felt the oppressive force of his hand, hinting at something ominous.

The atmosphere in the room suddenly froze, time seemed to stand still.

Madison struggled, but the man's strength rendered her helpless.

Her eyes flashed with fear and a plea for help, but it was swallowed by the darkness.

Eason said, "Don't be afraid, I won't hurt you. It's me."

Madison heard a familiar voice.

At that moment, the room's light was turned on.

She saw the man in front of her and immediately sat up in bed, "It's you, you're Alexander's friend."

Eason smiled gently, "So you still remember me."

"I remember. After all, you arranged for me to save Alexander. But what are you doing here?"

Eason replied, "Of course, I'm here to find you. Alexander's situation doesn't seem very optimistic lately."

Madison sighed softly, "Yes, but my relationship with him has gotten better."

She spoke, lowering her head shyly, "I believe he will come around one day. You don't need to worry about him."

Eason suddenly sighed.

Madison looked at him in confusion, "Why are you sighing? What happened?"

"Do you really think Alexander will come around?" Eason shook his head, "But I don't think so."

Madison asked, "What do you mean by that?"

Madison looked at him in confusion, "He's already slowly getting better. I believe he will live well with me. As for Ava..."

"Madison." Eason interrupted her, sitting by the bed.

His expression was somewhat stern.

But this stern face looked one way in front of Madison, another way in front of Isabella, and yet another in front of Ava.

He could change his appearance as needed.

So no one knew what he really looked like.

He could be 18, 20, or even 30.

Eason said, "Madison, you're still too naive. You underestimate Alexander's feelings for Ava. If you really saw it with your own eyes, you would understand that what you just said is hard to achieve."

"I've seen it." Madison's heart ached, "I've seen him being desperate for Ava. I was the one by his side, comforting him. So I believe Alexander will see me."
