Chapter 1100 He Also Came
Confirming that the phone number was correct, George finally felt at ease.
"Alright, let's make sure to keep in touch."
Whether or not this was his son, he quite liked Eason.
No matter what, he was Cheryl's son.
And he did feel guilty towards Cheryl.
He hadn't expected that she had been dead for so long.
He didn't even know where she was buried now.
He wanted to visit her, but he couldn't ask directly. After all, they had just met today. If he asked where Cheryl was buried, it would seem too strange.
Before figuring things out, he decided to handle things low-key.
"Alright, Uncle George, I'll be going now. Bye."
Eason greeted him, very polite and cheerful.
"Bye." George waved at him, then watched him leave.
After Eason left, George sighed lightly.
He looked at the hair he was holding tightly between his fingers, then got into the car, wrapped the hair in a tissue, and carefully put it away, afraid of losing it. Then he called a doctor he knew.
"Do me a favor, I need a paternity test."
Ava went to the daycare to pick up Sunny.
After returning home, Ava held Sunny for a long time, thinking about George and Mia's relationship, which made her feel a bit uneasy.
She thought about the relationship between Sunny and Alexander.
"Sunny, when you grow up, don't follow in the footsteps of George and Alexander. If you love a woman, love her well, don't be fickle."
Saying this, Ava sighed lightly, "Forget it, I'll tell you when you grow up. No matter what, don't let down the one you truly love, and don't hurt those who love you."
Just then, a phone rang.
Ava picked up the phone and saw that it was Vicky calling.
She immediately answered the call, "Hello, Vicky."
"Ava, are you free tonight? Let's have dinner together. It's been a while since we last met."
"Sure, I'm free tonight. Where do you want to eat?" Ava asked.
"I'll come to your place. I've been learning some cooking skills recently, and I want to cook for you. Where do you live now?"
Ava said, "Alright, come over then. What do you want to eat? I'll buy the ingredients, and you can cook."
Since Vicky wanted to show off her skills, Ava naturally wanted to give her the chance.
"I'll bring the ingredients with me. Just give me your address."
"Okay, I'll send it to you."
After hanging up the phone, Ava sent a text message to Vicky with her detailed address.
Around four in the afternoon, the doorbell rang.
Ava immediately went to open the door with Sunny in her arms.
But when she opened the door, she saw not only Vicky but also William behind her.
Seeing him, Ava was stunned.
"Ava, William and I are here. Look, we brought a lot of groceries."
Vicky and William were carrying a lot of things.
Ava forced a smile, feeling a bit awkward, "Vicky, I thought you were coming alone."
"William wanted to come too. Is that okay?" Vicky asked cautiously.
Ava glanced at William. Before she could say anything, William quickly said, "Ava, if you don't want to see me, I can leave. I actually just wanted to see Sunny."
"It's not that I don't want to see you," Ava explained. "It's just that Vicky didn't tell me you were coming, so I was a bit surprised. Come on in."
