Chapter 918 Where is She?

"It's okay," Alexander said, trying to calm her down. Then he swung the door open.

Madison stuck close behind him.

In the living room, William was chilling on the couch, peeling an apple, with a bunch of armed dudes in black standing around him.

When Alexander walked in, William gave him a once-over and noticed Madison holding his hand tight.

William smirked, "You two look cozy. Heard your girl’s got a bun in the oven."

Madison was scared out of her mind, but she managed to say, "You're trespassing."

"Yeah, I am," William said, putting down the apple and knife, standing up slowly.

"Alexander, you got a girlfriend, so why you trying to steal my wife? Got no shame?" William sneered.

Alexander frowned, "Does Ava know you're here?"

"Of course not," William said, stepping closer to Alexander. "Just like I don't know where you stashed my wife. So, I'm giving you a chance to spill, or else..."

Before William could finish, a cold gun barrel was pressed against the back of Alexander's head.

Alexander's eyes went dark, "William, you lost it?"

William laughed, "Alexander, you're stubborn as hell. Tell me where Ava is. You hid her, you lowlife!" William yelled like a lunatic.

Madison clung to Alexander, terrified.

"Don't do this. Ava did come to see us, but she left. This has nothing to do with Alexander. He wasn't even here," Madison said, trying to explain.

"Shut up! Get her outta here!" William snapped.

His goons dragged Madison away.

"Alexander!" Madison cried, struggling as they pulled her aside.

"William, if you hurt her, I swear, I'll rip you apart and your whole family will pay!" Alexander shouted, teeth clenched.

"Looks like she means a lot to you," William said, walking up to Madison and eyeing her. "Ava told me she's pregnant. Is it yours?"

"William, what do you want?" Alexander asked.

"I'm asking you!" William yelled, "Is it your child?"

"Yes," Madison said, "I'm pregnant with his child. We're getting married soon. And Alexander told your wife it too. I don't know if your wife is missing and that's why you're here, but I swear, this has nothing to do with Alexander."

William squinted, staring at her belly, "So she is really pregnant? How many months?"

"None of your business," Madison said, covering her belly like she really had a baby in there.

"Look at you," William laughed, "Don't worry, your pregnancy is good news for me. I won't hurt your kid. But Alexander? He's not getting off easy."

The gun barrel was still pressed against Alexander's head.

Alexander's face was pale and grim. "William, Ava's missing, isn't she?"

"Stop acting. You hid her!" William said, grabbing his collar, "Tell me where she is, tell me!"
