Chapter 1244 She is So Vicious
Madison stood in front of the mirror in her wedding dress, admiring her appearance with a happy expression on her face.
She was getting married to Alexander today.
Ava had been dealt with, so now she could be with Alexander without any worries.
The wedding was held in a low-key manner, with few guests, unlike the grand wedding Madison had imagined. But now, being able to marry Alexander was the main point; everything else was unimportant.
Alexander stood alone on the balcony, smoking. He looked handsome in his suit, but his back was filled with loneliness.
George walked over, "Alexander."
Alexander turned to look at him, "What's up?"
"Your mom is here."
"That's good," Alexander said. "With both parents here, it counts as a witness."
"Alexander, you've grown up. Since you've made your own decisions, as parents, we can't say much. Now that Madison is pregnant, you indeed need to take responsibility for her. As long as you feel at ease with yourself, that's all that matters."
Alexander threw the cigarette butt on the ground and stomped on it a few times.
"Dad, I divorced Ava quite early, unlike you and Mom, who dragged it out for many years, causing each other so much pain. I guess I'm luckier than you."
He said he was lucky, but Alexander gave a bitter smile and turned to leave the balcony.
Ava was at home picking up the toys Sunny had scattered all over the place when the doorbell rang.
After putting the toys in the box, she dusted off her clothes and went to the door. Through the peephole, she saw the woman outside, and her face changed.
"Isabella, why are you here? How did you know I live here?"
"Finding out where you live is easy. Open the door, I have something to tell you."
"I have nothing to say to you. You better leave."
"Don't you want the evidence of Scarlett being murdered?" Isabella raised her phone.
Ava saw the video playing on Isabella's phone screen through the peephole and was shocked. She immediately opened the door to grab the phone, but Isabella was quicker and pulled her hand back.
"Want to know? Then let me in, we need to have a good talk."
Ava stepped aside and then closed the door.
Isabella looked around and went straight to Sunny, squatting down, "He's so cute."
Just as she was about to reach out to touch him, Ava pulled Isabella up, "Don't touch my son."
Isabella smiled faintly, "Alright."
Ava immediately picked up Sunny, took him to his room, and closed the door.
Then she came to Isabella, "What's with that video?"
"That video was taken at the hospital. It's evidence of Madison and Emily conspiring to kill Scarlett. Pushing her down the stairs wasn't enough; to cover up their crime, they silenced her."
Ava was trembling. She composed herself and said, "It looks like you've had this video for a while. Why didn't you bring it out earlier?"
"Are you questioning me? Do you still want this video or not?"
Ava took a deep breath and then said, "What do you want?"
"Straightforward," Isabella said. "Alexander gave you five percent of SK Group's shares, right?"
Ava frowned, "You want that five percent?"
Isabella smiled faintly, "That's right. I want that five percent. Once you give it to me, I'll give you the video, which is enough to convict Madison. And besides that, I can give you another piece of evidence."
After speaking, Isabella operated her phone again, playing a recording of Madison bribing kidnappers to kill Ava and her child.
Ava listened to the content, trembling with anger.
Madison and Emily were so vicious!
Last time, she felt someone was following her, and it seemed she wasn't imagining things.
"Isabella, how do you have these? Are you involved in this too?"
