Chapter 1064 Cannot Correct
Ava faced the situation, unsure of how to handle it.
Her dearest Scarlett no longer recognized her and mistook another woman for her.
Ava couldn't even correct this, otherwise Scarlett would be upset.
She could only smile bitterly. "Yes, I'm her friend, and just here to see you."
"Oh, I see." Scarlett smiled and said, "You're so pretty. Let me see your kid."
"Okay."
Ava, holding back her discomfort, stepped forward and handed Sunny to Scarlett.
Scarlett held Sunny in her arms, clearly delighted. "You're so cute. What's your name?"
Ava said, "His name is Sunny."
"That's great." Scarlett looked up and said to Madison. "Ava, I can't wait to see your and Alexander's baby."
Madison blushed.
Seeing this, Ava didn't know how to respond, only trying to stay composed.
At that moment, Alexander came out from the restroom. Then he immediately noticed Ava, his gaze fixed on her for a long time.
Scarlett said, "Alexander, we were just talking about you and Ava."
Alexander was momentarily unsure which Ava Scarlett was referring to.
Madison spoke up, "Grandma, Alexander and I are considering it."
She walked over to Alexander and took his arm. "You can't rush these things. It has to happen naturally."
"Alright."
Alexander then understood that even if Scarlett saw the real Ava, she wouldn't recognize her.
Ava realized that Madison had already replaced her, and Alexander had accepted it. Moreover, they couldn't correct Scarlett, so they had to go along with it. She held Sunny and prepared to leave.
"Mrs. Mitchell, I have to go now." Ava had to change her address for Scarlett to "Mrs. Mitchell."
Scarlett smiled. "You can call me Grandma directly."
Ava's nose tingled as she nodded. "Okay, Grandma."
"Will you come see me again?" For some reason, Scarlett felt she was very familiar and liked her a lot.
Ava asked, "Would you like me to come?"
"Of course, I would. Come see me often, and bring Sunny. I really like him."
Although Scarlett had forgotten who was Ava, her feelings for her hadn't disappeared.
Ava felt extremely sad, "Okay, Grandma, I'll come see you often."
After saying goodbye to Scarlett, Ava left with Sunny.
Just as she reached the door, Alexander caught up. "Ava."
Ava stopped with Sunny in her arms. "What's up?"
"Why didn't you tell me you were coming to see Grandma?"
"How was I supposed to know you'd be here?" Ava said, "Aren't you supposed to be getting treatment in Stellaria?"
"I plan to come back for treatment."
Since Ava was no longer in Stellaria, Alexander naturally didn't want to stay there.
"That's good. Anyway, you have Madison with you. I'll be going now."
"Ava." Alexander caught up again.
"What do you want?"
"After my surgery, I plan to stay at Grandma's to keep her company for a while."
"That's good. You and Madison can keep Grandma company. She doesn't recognize me anymore."
