Chapter 1235 How High is the Rank
A phone rang.
Madison answered, "How's it going?"
The other person said, "Ava just left with her child. I'm following her."
"Good," Madison said. "Find a secluded place and tie her up. Make sure it's clean and don't get caught. If you catch her, she's yours. You can do whatever you want to her, just make her suffer!"
Madison's last words were filled with resentment. After hanging up, she let out a long sigh.
Looking at herself in the mirror, Madison's lips curled into a cold smile.
"Ava, you're dead."
Just then, one of the bathroom stall doors opened, and a woman walked out.
She went to the sink to wash her hands and took out a compact from her bag to touch up her makeup.
Madison turned and saw the woman next to her, startled.
Because of what she had just said, Madison instinctively felt guilty.
Wasn't this woman Isabella?
"Why is it you? What are you doing here?"
"This is your house, why can't I be here?" Isabella said, putting the compact back in her bag and starting to fix her hair.
Madison's heart raced, extremely nervous. Isabella must have heard everything, but she couldn't admit it directly to Isabella, or she'd be giving herself away.
"Why are you staring at me like that?" Isabella turned to look at Madison. Madison's eyes were wide open, filled with panic, suspicion, and vigilance, as if she had been caught doing something bad.
Madison said, "Why do I always run into you? How can it be such a coincidence?"
Once or twice is a coincidence, but three or four times, how can it still be a coincidence?
Isabella smiled, "I'm curious about that too. We always seem to run into each other. But it's normal, we both had the same condition and both got heart transplants. Alexander's taste is surprisingly consistent."
"It's just a coincidence," Madison said. "But thinking about it, Alexander has indeed done a lot for me. It wasn't easy for him to find this heart for me, and he even took me to Stellaria."
Madison instinctively felt a competitive urge.
Isabella's smile stiffened slightly.
Then, Isabella said indifferently, "Really? That's quite far. But what Alexander did for me can't be measured by distance. He got involved in a crime to get me a heart transplant. Although he wasn't charged due to lack of evidence, it just so happened that when I needed a heart, there was one that matched. Unfortunately, it was William's heart, and Ava fought to stop it. You know how Alexander feels about Ava. When Ava said no, Alexander had to give up."
Isabella's words were a double-edged sword, showing how important she once was to Alexander, but also pointing out that Ava was still the most important.
Anyway, Isabella and Alexander were no longer together. She didn't need to compete with Madison. It was better to let Madison and Ava fight it out.
Madison said angrily, "No matter what Alexander and Ava's relationship is, I'm the one marrying Alexander now. That's the fact. Ava is in the past."
"Is that so?" Isabella said with a smile. "I was supposed to marry Alexander too, but on our wedding day, he left me for Ava."
Isabella looked Madison up and down. "I don't know what your level is, but no matter how high, you can't surpass Ava. She won from the start, something you'll never achieve. You haven't married Alexander yet. Who knows what might happen at the wedding."
