Chapter 921 Reaping What You Sow

The living room was now just Alexander and William, staring each other down.

The guns on the floor were all gone. Just Alexander and William left.

"Alexander, what do you want now? I'm telling you, if you lay a finger on me, Ava will hate you forever. Remember, I'm her baby daddy, her husband!" William spat out.

Alexander didn't even flinch. He threw William to the ground like he was tossing out the trash.

William rolled around, and when he finally got up, blood was trickling from the corner of his mouth.

"Alexander, you bastard!" William was ready to charge, but Alexander had a gun in his hand.

"Scared, right?" Alexander sneered, "You rolled up here with your crew, all tough and pointing guns at me. Where was that fear then? William, you're a joke."

Whoever had the weapon was cocky, without it, they were just a soft target.

Alexander popped the magazine, dumped the bullets on the floor, and tossed the gun aside.

He balled up his fists and lunged at William like a wildcat, and the two started brawling.

William got the worst of it, his face turning into a swollen, bloody mess.

Alexander was relentless, pounding him hard.

The guys outside the door heard the commotion and got antsy.

William lay there, a wreck.

Alexander stood up, wiped the blood from his mouth, and grinned like a maniac, "William, how's it feel to get what you deserve?"

William lay on the carpet, fists clenched, teeth gritted, glaring at Alexander like he wanted to rip him apart.

Alexander looked down at him and kicked him in the side, "Go cry to Ava, tell her I beat you up. Maybe she'll feel sorry for you and come yell at me. Go on."

William's eyes were burning with rage.

Alexander sneered, "William, this is all you're good for."

William was fuming, wishing he could tear Alexander apart.

He never thought he'd get this messed up before he came.

William struggled to get up and wiped the blood from his face.

"Alexander, if anything happens to Ava, I swear, I'll make your life a living hell." William shouted.

"That's what I should be telling you. You took Ava by any means necessary but can't protect her. Letting her leave in the middle of the night without stopping her, William, you're useless," Alexander shot back.

Alexander's harsh words made William stumble forward, wanting to give him a good beat.

But after just a few steps, he collapsed to the ground.

William pounded the carpet in frustration.

He looked up, his eyes bloodshot and furious.

Alexander ignored him, picked up his phone, and dialed a number.

Once connected, he spoke, "I need you to look into someone."

After a brief conversation, he hung up and turned to William, "William, we need to focus on Ava now. She's missing, and I'll do whatever it takes to find her. If you don't want anything to happen to her, you'd better start looking for her instead of wasting time here with me."

If William could help, it would increase the chances of finding Ava.
