Chapter 1261 Bullying the Weak and Fearing the Strong
The woman kicked her leg hard, "Hurry up and go clean the toilet, or I'll be rude to you!"
Both Emily and Madison were deliberately placed in this cell, and none of the people here were easy to deal with. They would bully the new inmates.
Madison swallowed and got up from the ground. "What should I do?"
Now she couldn't resist and could only comply for the time being.
She had to find a way to get out of here.
The child in her belly was her savior, and there was also the man behind the scenes who instructed her. She hadn't revealed that person yet.
The child and that mysterious man were her two bargaining chips.
"Hahaha," Emily laughed triumphantly, "Go clean the toilet, Madison. After all, you can't be Mrs. Mitchell now."
Suddenly, Nia grabbed Emily's hair and pushed her to the ground, "What are you standing there for? Go teach her! Do I have to teach you how to do it? Useless!"
Nia spat on Emily's face.
Emily didn't even dare to wipe it off with her hand. Instead, she knelt on the ground and smiled ingratiatingly like a dog, "Yes, Nia, I'll go right away."
Emily got up from the ground and angrily said to Madison, "Hurry up, take this, and scrub hard!"
Emily was not polite to Madison at all. She pressed Madison's back and shoved the toilet brush into her hand, scolding her like a dog.
The other female inmates watched this scene with smug satisfaction.
Nia leaned on the bed, eating pine nuts.
Nia was considered a big shot, and all the female inmates in the prison had to show her some respect. When Emily was first locked up, she spoke in a very sharp tone.
As a result, Nia and a few of her followers gave her a harsh lesson.
They pushed Emily's head into the toilet, poured urine on her head, and blocked her breathing with a pillow while she slept at night.
Or they would directly shove the toilet brush into her mouth to brush her teeth, saying it was to clean her dirty mouth.
Their actions wouldn't be fatal to Emily, nor would they leave any external injuries, but they were enough to make Emily restless and tormented.
After being taught a few lessons, Emily immediately became obedient and no longer dared to speak sharply. She followed Nia's orders without question.
Bullying often happened in prison. When the guards saw it, they would at most scold them and tell them to be quiet. As long as no one died and things didn't get out of hand, they would turn a blind eye. At most, they would lock someone in solitary confinement, but once released, most would reoffend, making it impossible to eradicate.
After all, there were indeed people in prison who didn't care about their lives. Some were serving long sentences and feared nothing, not even solitary confinement.
"Hahaha," Nia laughed, "Look at that, Emily, she's really ridiculous."
"Hahaha," the other female inmates laughed along, "She can't talk trash anymore."
Emily's face was hideous, but she didn't dare to retort and could only put on a smiling face.
"Emily, bark like a dog for me. Let your cousin hear how good you are at it."
"Nia, I'm busy right now. Let me finish..."
"What, you don't want to?" Nia threw the pine nut shells on the ground, "Get over here and bark like a dog, now!"
Emily, thinking of the previous lessons they had taught her, was so scared that her legs went weak. She quickly walked over.
She barked a few times.
Nia laughed happily and threw another handful of pine nuts on the ground, "The floor is dirty. Hurry up and pick them up."
