Chapter 473 Alexander Couldn't Bear to See Her Cry

"Alexander, I do not wish to perish. I long to exist as your wife, not just for these fleeting days. Will you save me, please? I implore you. Rescue me!"

She didn't care about marrying him. Alexander said he would marry her in a few days, and she was happy because she knew she had a heart. However, now she was suddenly told that her heart was failing.

If that was the case, what was the point of Alexander marrying her? She might die the day after tomorrow after getting married today!

She didn't want to gamble with her life to fulfill this fleeting dream. She wanted to live as Alexander's wife and spend a lifetime with him.

"If my heart could be yours, I would give it to you," Alexander held her hand tightly and said in a heavy tone, "Isabella, there are some things we can't do anything about."

If his heart were really suitable for her, he would have had a car accident now and given his heart to Isabella.

He was already very sad. The thought of Ava made his heart almost stop beating. The painful feeling engulfed every inch of him, making him unbearable.

He had no will to live.

If he were lying on the sickbed, would Ava be so sad?

Alexander was overwhelmed by jealousy and anger.

He could not bear to see the woman who once belonged to him now bending over backwards for another man.
Ironically, he brought all of this upon himself.

Isabella cried sadly.

Alexander continued, "I will take you to another hospital later. I promise the conditions will be better, and you won't suffer."

"Are you going to transfer me to a hospice?" Isabella asked tremblingly.

Going to such a hospital meant she had no hope left.

Alexander didn't answer, but his silence already confirmed everything.

"No, I won't go." Isabella shook her head desperately. "Alexander, I don't want to go to a hospice. I want to stay here."

She couldn't go there because going there meant Alexander had given up on her!

"Isabella, calm down. Staying here now won't help."

If Isabella knew Ava was also there, she would probably be more upset. So, he had to take her away to avoid that.

"I won't go," Isabella said, covering her heart. "I won't go, Alexander. I beg you. I want to stay here. I beg you not to send me there. I beg you!"

Isabella's tears wetted her entire face, and Alexander couldn't bear to see her cry so sadly.

"Please, Alexander, I beg you." Isabella hugged him tightly. "Don't send me there. Didn't you want to fulfill my wish? I want to stay here!"

Alexander sighed. "Isabella, I promise you, no transferring."

Seeing Isabella like this, he was worried that she might pass away due to excitement before the transfer.

Now, all he could do was try to keep Isabella in good spirits.

Alexander stayed with Isabella for a while longer. She was completely exhausted, holding onto her wedding dress, barely having any strength.

She didn't have the physical strength to marry Alexander now.

For Isabella, the most important thing now was not to marry Alexander but to stay alive.

Otherwise, if she lost her life, what was the use of being his wife for a few days?

With her current condition, they couldn't even make love.

"Alexander, go rest now."

Alexander said, "I'm not going anywhere. I'll stay with you."

Isabella shook her head. "No, I couldn't bear it. You go rest and come back to accompany me later."

"It's okay, I want to be with you."

Isabella said, "Alexander, I want to be alone for a while, to think quietly about some things. Can you see me tomorrow? I want to be alone now, and to calm down for a while."

It was the first time Isabella asked Alexander to leave.

After thinking for a moment, Alexander nodded. "Alright." It was understandable for Isabella to want to be alone and calm down after such an incident.

After that, Alexander left.

Not long after he left, Isabella immediately took out her phone from under the pillow and secretly dialed a number.
