Chapter 1119 Emily's Dirty Mouth
Madison glared at Ava intensely.
Judging by Alexander's expression, she thought, even if she disappeared right now, Alexander wouldn't notice because his eyes were only on that damn Ava.
Emily tugged on Madison's sleeve and whispered, "You need to make the first move. Don't let that promiscuous woman Ava steal your husband."
Madison was already jealous, and Emily's words only fueled her anger. She walked up and grabbed Alexander's arm.
"Alexander, Ava rarely visits. Let her spend some quality time with Grandma. We shouldn't interrupt; they probably have a lot to talk about."
Madison's voice was gentle, but it sounded somewhat grating.
Scarlett's gaze shifted from Sunny to Madison.
"Ava and Alexander will stay. You two girls go play somewhere else for a while."
Scarlett's voice was polite, but it carried an undeniable authority.
Madison was taken aback. "Grandma, I..."
"How could I be your grandma? I'm Ava's grandma."
Madison felt extremely embarrassed.
Wasn't Scarlett supposed to have dementia? How is she so clear-headed now? And her words are so sharp.
Madison looked at Alexander with a face full of grievance, hoping he would speak up for her.
Unexpectedly, Alexander withdrew his arm and said, "Madison, why don't you show Emily around? This place is quite big and the scenery is nice."
Emily, with a sly look in her eyes, quickly stepped forward and said, "It's okay, I like staying quiet and peaceful."
Scarlett clearly wanted to send the two of them away, and she wasn't going to let them have their way.
Alexander, really? He's supposed to be Madison's boyfriend.
"Really?" Alexander glanced at her coldly, his tone carrying a hint of sarcasm.
She was always chattering away, talking more than anyone else, and now she had the nerve to say she liked staying quiet.
What a pretender.
"Alexander," Madison was a bit upset hearing him say that. No matter what, Emily was her cousin. Even if she didn't like Emily and was using her, Alexander's words in front of others were disrespectful to her.
Alexander glanced at Madison. For her sake, he didn't say more and just told Madison, "Take Emily out for a walk."
He gave Madison a look, his eyes showing some firmness.
Madison knew she couldn't go against him at this moment, so she nodded and then took Emily's arm, saying, "Emily, let's go for a walk."
Emily bit her lip in frustration, but under Madison's pull, she left with her. At the door, Emily angrily said, "That woman is so shameless. You're the mistress of this house. She's just a usurper, a shameless bitch."
"Emily, keep your voice down. There are servants here. It wouldn't be good if they heard you."
Although Emily's foul mouth pleased Madison when she insulted Ava, it would be not very comfortable if others heard it.
"I want to curse that bitch. She's so shameless, taking your place. I think she wants to steal your man."
Emily said through gritted teeth, "She didn't cherish him before, and now she wants to take Alexander back. So shameless. I've never seen such a shameless woman."
