Chapter 676 Not Letting You Die
"That's not true, you're lying!" Alexander shouted with all his might. "She wouldn't hurt me, she wouldn't!"
"Wouldn't she? Then let me show you!"
Suddenly, a projection appeared on the wall.
"I chose Alexander!"
In the projection, Ava's image was clear.
Then came the voice of the kidnapper, "You chose Alexander first, does that mean you want William to get hurt?"
The man spoke as he pointed his finger at the button on the right.
Ava replied, "No, I mean, I chose Alexander to get hurt."
After the playback ended, the projection shut off, leaving only a mottled mark on the wall.
Alexander seemed to lose all his strength, lying on the ground, staring blankly upward, as if his soul had been sucked out, with no strength left to struggle.
No, Ava wouldn't treat him like this. It must be fake, Ava wouldn't do this to him.
"Hahahahaha." William burst into laughter. He walked over to Alexander and mocked, "Alexander, you finally got what you deserve!"
Alexander was clutching his bleeding wound.
As he was about to make a call on his phone with his other hand, a foot suddenly kicked the phone out of his hand and stomped on it several times.
Alexander angrily said, "William, do you know what you're doing?"
"Of course I do." William squatted down, sneering, "Alexander, I've put up with you long enough. Today, you'll die here. No one will ever compete with me for Ava; she's my wife."
"If you kill me, Ava will hate you for the rest of her life!" Alexander's strength was drained, and he collapsed on the ground, barely able to breathe.
He wasn't afraid to die, but he didn't want to die like this, not at the hands of this despicable man.
"Hahaha." William laughed. "Alexander, don't you get it? She wants you dead. Otherwise, why would she choose me? In Ava's heart, I'm more important than you. She hates you; you're always pestering her, disturbing her peace. Now, she's finally free. Don't worry, I'll take good care of her. After all, she's the woman I love. I won't be like you, messing around with other women, hurting her in the process."
Seeing the resentment in William's eyes, Alexander seemed to realize something crucial. "You've regained your memory, haven't you?"
William slowly stood up, ignoring Alexander's question. He picked up Alexander's phone and said, "Alexander, even if you die, don't forget, Ava chose me. She gave up on you."
"Hahahahaha." William left excitedly.
Even from a distance, Alexander could still hear his triumphant laughter!
Alexander stared with hollow eyes, hot tears rolling down his cheeks.
This might be the last time he cried in his life, for a woman who didn't love him, for a woman who abandoned his life.
Ava, even if he didn't love her, she couldn't treat him like this.
He was willing to die for her, he really was, but why was William more important to her than him?
He really couldn't accept it.
The utter despair made Alexander's heart freeze to the extreme.
His love for Ava seemed to be completely frozen as well!
Could he still love her?
Footsteps sounded in his ears, and a man appeared before him, wearing a black mask.
He squatted down, grabbing Alexander's face. "How pitiful, the mighty president of SK Group also has his weak moments."
Alexander had lost too much blood, lacking even the strength to speak. Even lifting his eyelids took a great deal of effort. He opened his mouth, trying to say something, but in the end, he couldn't utter a single word.
"Don't worry, I won't let you die, because the game isn't over yet. You're an important player. If you die, it won't be fun anymore."
Then he took out a syringe filled with medicine from his pocket and harshly jabbed it into Alexander's chest!
