Chapter 652 I'll Take Care of It for You

"Quite a lively scene here, am I interrupting?" A man's voice suddenly came from the doorway.

The underlings stopped and all turned their heads to look at the man standing at the door.

Dressed all in black, a baseball cap and a black mask, he leaned casually against the door frame, his voice deep and grave.

Leonard asked harshly, "Who are you?"

It seemed like he came here alone, and judging by his attire, he didn't look like a cop.

The man in black slowly walked over. "So many grown men bullying a woman, aren't you ashamed?"

Ava's eyes widened, gazing at this man in confusion. She felt a sense of familiarity in his presence, as if she had seen him somewhere before.

"Damn it, are you looking for trouble? Get him!" Leonard angrily pointed at the man in black.

Several henchmen drew their knives and rushed forward to grab him. The man in black leisurely drew a gun from his waist and fired two shots into the air.

In an instant, the kidnappers were startled and took a few steps back in fear.

'He actually has a gun, how does he find his way here?' they thought.

The man aimed the gun at the kidnappers and said impatiently, "I'll give you five seconds. Get over there and kneel."

He tilted his head to the right, indicating the direction for them.

The kidnappers looked at Leonard, but none of them made a move.

A bullet hit Leonard's knee.

"Ah!"

Leonard fell to the ground, clutching his knee and howling in agony.

The others dropped their knives in fright and fell to the ground, ignoring their leader as they scrambled to the spot the man in black had indicated, kneeling obediently and holding their heads in submission.

Then, the man's cold gaze fell on Ava.

Ava struggled to sit up from the ground, continuously retreating, her eyes filled with terror.

"Stay where you are and don't move." The man lightly pointed the gun at Ava.

Ava, sweating profusely, cast a glance at the bloodied kidnappers not far away and obediently sat still.

She would rather be shot by this man than fall into the hands of these kidnappers.

The man walked up to Leonard and kicked him hard in the face. "Shut up! You're so noisy!"

He squatted down and pressed the gun to Leonard's head. "Don't scream, I like quiet."

Leonard's pallid face was almost contorted with pain. He gritted his teeth, not daring to make another sound.

The man chuckled, a hint of satisfaction flashing in his eyes. "That's better. I don't like noisy people, like a bunch of gossipers, it's so annoying!"

"Who the hell are you? What do you want?" Leonard asked, drenched in sweat.

"What I want, do you even deserve to know?" He suddenly laughed, then became serious. "I'm really sorry, I ruined your fun. You won't hold it against me, will you?"

"No." The kidnapper pleaded, "Bro, spare us."

"Bro?" The man said displeased, "We're not that close. Look at your wrinkled face."

He suddenly raised his hand, smacked the guy hard on the head with the gun, causing blood to gush out.

"Ah!" Leonard screamed, one hand clutching his bloody knee, the other holding his head.

The man in black stood up and stepped on his chest. "But seriously, I'm really sorry for interrupting your fun. I'll make it up to you."

He pointed the gun at Leonard's genitals. "I can help you get rid of it. Without it, you won't enjoy fun anymore."
