Chapter 475 Don't Try to Persuade Me
Ava stayed by William's side for a long time and refused to leave.
Brandon glanced at the time on his watch and then exchanged a look with Vicky.
After they came out, Vicky asked, "Uncle, is there something wrong?"
Brandon said, "Vicky, take Ava home and let her rest. I will have someone stay with William here."
Vicky said, "Ava probably doesn't want to go back."
"You should persuade her. It's no use for her to stay up all night here. It will only tire her out. Let her rest well and come back tomorrow."
Vicky looked puzzled at Brandon. "Uncle, why do I feel like you care a lot about Ava? Your attitude towards her was a bit odd from the beginning."

Brandon said, "Take Ava back and see if there is a red mole in the middle of her back."
Vicky was surprised. "Why are you asking this?"
Brandon's request caught Vicky off guard.
"Well..." Brandon looked towards the ward, pulled the corner of his mouth, and said, "Would you be willing to help me with this? I promise you, I have no ill intentions."
"But I can't understand why you want to know if Ava has a red mole on her back since you've only met her once. Why are you curious about it?" Vicky asked.
Brandon sighed. "Vicky, I can tell you. However, can you promise me that you will never tell anyone about this? Only we will know."
Since he needed Vicky's help, there were some things he had to tell her.
Vicky nodded. "Okay."
Brandon lowered his voice. "Richard had a illegitimate daughter. When Jennifer found out, she would never show mercy. You know what kind of person she is. So, to protect his daughter, Richard entrusted me to send her away to ensure your aunt couldn't find her. Even he himself didn't know where she went. This incident happened many years ago. Later, Richard passed away, and his dying wish was to find his daughter."
Vicky was shocked. "Are you saying that Ava might be his illegitimate daughter? Why do you think so?"
"She looks very much like the woman he loved. When I saw Ava for the first time, I had that strong feeling. I checked some information. She was adopted by her parents and not their biological child, but she doesn't know. So, I have this suspicion."
Vicky was extremely shocked after listening. She had never known about such a thing.
"No wonder I found it strange when you looked at Ava from the beginning. If Ava is really the eldest uncle's daughter, then she and my brother would be cousins?" Vicky said.
Brandon nodded. "That's my concern. That's why I want you to help me confirm this. I saw this child back then. She had a red mole on her back. If this characteristic matches, then Ava is indeed his daughter."

But Richard had passed away many years ago due to cancer.
"Do my parents know about this?" Vicky asked.

"Vicky, can you help me with this?"

Vicky walked into the ward and came to Ava's side. "Ava, it's very late. Let me take you back to rest."
Ava shook her head. "I want to stay here with him. I'm not sleepy at all."
"Ava, someone will take care of William. If you stay up like this, I will worry about you."
