Chapter 871 Won't Be Able to Live

Madison met Ava for the first time.

She thought, 'So, this is what she looks like.'

Even though Ava didn't give her that mirror-image vibe, she had to admit they did kinda look alike.

Madison thought Ava was even more stunning, and the handsome William by her side looked at Ava with eyes full of tenderness and love.

Madison didn't know what kind of person Ava was, but seeing William treating her so well and loving her so much, she could see that Ava was a lucky woman.

Her ex-husband couldn't forget her, and her current husband cherished her deeply.

Madison was really envious.

And what surprised her was that they already had a kid.

Alexander had never mentioned this to her, nor had anyone else.

Madison thought, 'Could it be that they didn't know either?'

Madison looked at Alexander and saw that he was still in a daze, his eyes filled with shock and disbelief.

She tugged at Alexander's sleeve, "Mr. Mitchell, let's go." She sensed that Alexander's emotions were off and worried he might explode, so she wanted to take him away to calm down.

He loved Ava so much, and seeing this scene was indeed a huge blow to him.

But Alexander remained motionless. At this moment, a waiter approached, "Sir, do you have a reservation?"

"Sorry, we're leaving right away." Madison said to the waiter, then turned to Alexander, "Mr. Mitchell, let's go."

But Alexander still refused to leave, his eyes fixed on the family of three, especially the kid in William's arms.

He never expected that they would have a child.

Alexander thought, 'How does it come to this? When did they have a kid?'

Intense emotions surged within him like a tidal wave, a landslide of despair spreading, shock and pain intertwining; for a moment, his heart almost stopped beating.

"Excuse me, sir." The waiter called out to him a few more times.

Not far away, Ava seemed to hear something, and sensed a gaze was fixed on her.

She felt uneasy, a chill running down her spine.

She got up from William's arms and turned around, suddenly seeing Alexander standing not far away.

In an instant, her whole world seemed to plunge into darkness, with crashing waves sweeping towards her and a cacophony of roaring seas, collapsing mountains, and a splitting sky.

She widened her eyes, looking in shock in Alexander's direction, thinking she had been mistaken, as if trapped in a hopeless illusion.

Ava thought, 'How could it be? How could he be here? This is Stellaria, how could I see him here? Unless, unless Alexander has come specifically to find me.'

William's face turned extremely grim, a surge of hatred flashing in his eyes.

Alexander finally came.

Although there was anger in William's eyes, it seemed as if he had expected this.

Suddenly, William's tall body took a few steps back.

Seeing this, Ava quickly supported him, "William, what's wrong?"

"How is he here?" William was shocked, his face pale, struggling to breathe, "Did you ask him to come?"

"No." Ava glanced at Alexander, then quickly looked back at William.

William had just finished treatment and remembered Alexander, and now suddenly seeing him, she worried William might be hurt.

"I don't know why he's here."

"Ava, please don't go with him, okay? He's a jerk; he abandoned you." William lowered his voice, trembling, "Please don't go with him, and don't let him take our child, or I won't be able to live, I beg you."

"I won't, William, I won't go with him."

Ava's heart was also in great pain now, and seeing William like this made her even more uneasy.

She absolutely couldn't show any lingering feelings for Alexander in front of William.

And she couldn't possibly leave with Alexander.
