Chapter 927 Breaking Everything
Alexander, in a daze, reached out and gently touched her, his index finger barely making contact.
Staring at the sky, his eyes were tired but soft, filled with endless longing.
"Ava," he whispered before collapsing, his hand hitting the ground as he fainted.
"Mr. Mitchell?" someone called out, spotting him passed out.
A few people quickly lifted Alexander and carried him to the car.
That afternoon, the villa was drenched in bright sunlight.
The sky was a pure, sapphire blue, with white clouds drifting like feathers across the horizon. The lush green trees and vibrant flowers around the villa filled the air with a sweet fragrance.
But inside the villa, it was a different story. There was a racket of clashing sounds and things being thrown, full of agitation and unease.
The inside and outside of the villa felt like two different worlds. One was peaceful, the other chaotic.
A child was crying in one of the rooms, and the servants were trying to calm him down, taking him away from the roars coming from the living room.
They had never seen William this angry.
When Ava was around, William was always in a good mood, gentle and smiling at everyone. But once Ava was gone, he turned into a raging lion, like a completely different person.
William's face still showed signs of injury, like the aftermath of a storm, with uncontrollable anger in his eyes.
His brows were furrowed, lips pressed together, his expression dark and fierce, with a thunderous rage filling the air around him.
That handsome face was now twisted with anger, like a mountain rock torn apart by a violent wind.
"Alexander! It's ain't over!" William shouted in fury.
He gripped a glass of red wine tightly, the liquid swirling like the anger and desire for revenge in his blood.
William took a sip, the sour wine flowing in his mouth, his eyes flashing dangerously, like a leopard ready to pounce, full of cruelty and coldness.
The alcohol only fueled his anger, like a wild beast trapped in a cage, desperate to unleash its fury.
He irritably unbuttoned a few buttons on his shirt, revealing his solid chest, his heavy breathing causing it to rise and fall.
He smashed the wine glass on the ground. "Alexander, I will tear you to pieces, I will never let you go!"
He and Ava had already reached Stellaria, but Alexander kept pestering them like a lingering ghost. It was all because of him that Ava was missing.
Ava kept brushing him off.
She drove out late at night, saying she was going for a drive and would be back soon.
But he waited for a long time and she never came back. Finally, she told him she was staying out for the night and would call him in the morning.
But the next morning, she didn't call him and she didn't answer when he called.
By noon, she finally called him, saying she was coming back, but he waited again, only to get a call from her saying she wasn't coming back and would be out for a week.
Ava was clearly lying to him, brushing him off, and eventually, he couldn't reach her at all.
From the moment Ava drove out, she had planned to find Alexander.
He and Ava were so close to being together, Ava was about to belong to him, but then Alexander showed up and ruined everything!
