Chapter 802 Who Are You?
Alexander walked up to Madison and asked, "You okay?"
Madison, tears streaming down her face and sweat on her forehead, shook her head. "I'm fine. The police got here just in time."
Seeing she was alright, Alexander felt relieved.
He glanced at the guy pinned down by the cops. "Who's this?"
Madison wiped her tears. "My ex. He's been harassing me. I've called the police a bunch of times, but it never helped. The past couple of days, he's been at it again."
Alexander finally got why she hadn't called the cops. Even if she did, they'd just give him a slap on the wrist and let him go, making things worse.
At first, Alexander thought she called him instead of the police on purpose. He came to repay a favor, but now he realized he was wrong.
Seeing Madison so scared, he realized that her ex must've done something bad. Dealing with someone like that is terrifying, and sometimes the police can't fix it.
Alexander turned to the cops. "You can go now. I'll handle this."
Luckily, when he called the police, he told them to hold the guy until he got there.
"Mr. Mitchell, should we take him to the station?"
They were sent by their boss, so they were extra careful.
Alexander said, "No need, thanks. It's a personal matter. I'll call your boss and let them know you did great." The cops smiled. "Mr. Mitchell, if you need anything, call us, and we'll come right away."
Alexander nodded. "Got it."
After the cops left, the guy tried to run, but Alexander's bodyguard blocked him.
The guy turned around. "Who are you? Mind your own business."
As soon as the cops left, he got cocky again.
Alexander gave his bodyguard a look.
The bodyguard pinned him against the wall.
The guy screamed, "Let me go! I'm calling the police!"
"The police just left, and you're already acting tough? Fine, call them." Alexander took out his phone. "Want me to dial for you?"
The guy's eyes widened. "Who the hell are you?"
"Name's Alexander. Look me up if you don't know."
"Alexander?" The name rang a bell for the guy.
Suddenly, he realized, 'Is he that rich tycoon? Why is he here?'
He glared at Madison. "You bitch, you hooked up with a rich guy, didn't you? No wonder you dumped me, you shameless slut!"
Madison cried, "No, I didn't. I broke up with you before I met Mr. Mitchell."
The guy sneered, "I don't believe you, slut. Just you wait!"
Alexander walked up and grabbed his neck, his gaze ice-cold. "Say that again!"
The guy, scared, widened his eyes, intimidated by Alexander's presence, and stayed silent.
Alexander tightened his grip. "Listen, if you harass her again, I won't be nice. I have ways to deal with you. I'm not like the cops who'll just lock you up for a few days."
The guy trembled. "What do you want?"
Alexander's lips curled into a sinister smile. "Use your imagination. Right now, you're fine, walking around on two healthy legs. That might change."
