Chapter 592 Innate Hostility

William shook his head. "It's nothing. I feel a bit frustrated because of the amnesia. I can only stay at home every day."

Ava gently patted his arm. "William, aren't we going out for lunch today? We'll find a nice restaurant, and after that, we can stroll around outside. I'll go wherever you want to go. I know you're probably bored out of your mind, so let's have a good walk today."

William nodded. "Okay."

At noon, Ava drove William to a restaurant in the city center. However, as soon as they entered, the manager approached them. "I'm sorry, sir, madam. Our restaurant has been booked for a private event today. We are not accepting other guests."

Ava frowned slightly. "But I made a reservation over the phone before coming here. There were no issues with the reservation at that time. How come it's suddenly booked now?"

The manager apologized, "It might have been a mistake by our staff. I'm very sorry."

Ava was a bit displeased. "But you didn't notify us in advance. We came all the way here, and now you're telling us it's booked. This is very unprofessional."

"I'm truly sorry. We'll give you a discount the next time you come. We are very sorry for today."

Ava was still somewhat annoyed, but since the manager had apologized, there wasn't much she could do.

Seeing Ava upset, William felt distressed. He stepped forward and said coldly, "This is your fault. You didn't notify us in advance, making us come here for nothing."

Although William had amnesia, his tall and imposing figure exuded a strong presence.

The manager, feeling a bit intimidated, quickly put on a smile. "Sir, I am truly sorry. How about I give you a 50% discount the next time you come?"

"It's not about the discount. I don't need a discount," William said coldly, "There should be an order to things, and this was your mistake. If it's about money, I could buy this restaurant and cancel the private event."

"This..." The manager was in a difficult position and didn't know what to do at the moment."

Just then, a couple walked into the restaurant.

Seeing them, the manager quickly said to William and Ava, "Excuse me for a moment."

He walked up to greet the new guests. "Mr. Mitchell, Mrs. Harrington."

Isabella, holding Alexander's arm, said, "Where is our table? Please take us there."

As soon as Ava saw Alexander and Isabella, her expression froze. She never expected to run into them here. So, it was Alexander and Isabella who had booked the restaurant.

Ava pondered, 'How could it be such a coincidence?' She even wondered if Alexander had deliberately found out about her plans.

She thought, 'If he could find out their plans for the day, did that mean he had installed surveillance in William's house?'

Alexander was also slightly surprised to see Ava and William, a hint of astonishment flashing in his eyes. But soon, his expression returned to its usual calm.

He raised an eyebrow at Ava. "What a coincidence."

William noticed Alexander and narrowed his eyes slightly, a sharp glint flashing in them as if he felt some hostility.

This hostility seemed innate, coming from an instinct. Even though he had amnesia, this hostility remained.
