Chapter 645 Don't touch me

The man disguised as a traffic officer took Ava's phone from under the car seat. It was still on a call. He immediately hung up and turned around. "Bitch, trying to call for help, huh?"

"Mr. Lopez, we should leave before someone passes by," his underling reminded him.

Leonard Lopez nodded, saying, "Toss her in the car, let's go."

Ava was forcibly dragged into the van by several men, and the group made a grand exit, taking Ava's car with them.

It was as if nothing had happened, everything returned to calm.

Inside the car, Ava found her limbs securely bound.

A large, sweaty hand grasped her chin, turning her head forcibly.

"I didn't expect Evelyn to have such a pretty niece like you."

Ava tried to stay calm and asked coldly, "So, did she send you to snatch me?"

"Yup, that's right. If you had just lent her the money, we wouldn't be here. But you're too strapped for your cash. So, your aunt had no choice but to turn her back on you."

Leonard's hand glided from her shoulder to her waist, grasping firmly as he remarked, "Looks like we can have some fun tonight."

Ava held back her disgust and said, "You guys are just after money. Let me make a call to someone who will give you whatever you want."

"Who do you want to call?"

"The one I was just talking to."

"Bitch, how can we know you won't pull any tricks?"

"Why don't you call him? Put it on speaker. I'm in your hands; I can't escape. I want to be safe, and you want money. If you just kidnap me without contacting my family, what's the point? I know who will give you the money."

After a moment of thinking, Leonard took Ava's phone. Holding onto Ava's hand, he asked, "Which finger?"

Ava extended her thumb.

Leonard used her fingerprint to unlock the phone and found the number Ava had just dialed, labeled "Uncle."

"Is this the person?"

Ava nodded, "Yes."

"He's your uncle. Why didn't you call your husband or your grandma? Wouldn't that be more useful?"

Ava couldn't tell the truth.

If she revealed Brandon's identity, they might not believe her. Even if they did, it would be even more dangerous. They would think they had offended a high-ranking official, a deed that spelled great danger. In the worst case, they might kill her.

"My grandma is old and can't handle the shock. She might panic and call the police. My uncle loves me dearly. In critical moments, family is more reliable than my husband. Call him, I promise he'll do what you ask."

Leonard dialed the number, and soon, the call connected.

Brandon immediately said, "Whoever you are, I will meet all your demands. No cops involved. Just keep my niece safe."

"Good, I like straight shooters," the man laughed. "But how much do you think your niece is worth?"

His hand brushed forcefully across Ava's face, giving it a harsh stroke. Ava turned her head and uttered, "Don't touch me."

Leonard sneered, "Did you hear that? Your niece is quite a virtuous lady, doesn't want to be touched. But I like women like her. What do you say to that?"

On the other end of the phone, Brandon's face had turned extremely grim. His bodyguards had already recorded everything.

"Whatever you want, name your price. I'll pay, as long as you ensure the safety of my niece. But listen carefully, if she is harmed in any way, you will get nothing."

They would also pay a very painful price.

But Brandon didn't say this for fear that it would provoke them and they would harm Ava.

From the moment they kidnapped Ava, Brandon had been planning how to make them suffer the most.
