Chapter 1034
Stella harbored a desire to expand her nail brand to the domestic market.
Naturally, Thalassa and Fiona were supportive of this idea.
They engaged in a lengthy discussion.
For lunch, Fiona and Stella dined at Thalassa's place.
After lunch, Thalassa took her usual afternoon nap. Once she had fallen asleep, Fiona and Stella left.
The elevator arrived at the third floor.
As they stepped out, the bodyguard who had been at the elevator entrance downstairs in the morning approached them. "Mrs. Solomon, the person has been brought over."
"Thank you for your effort." Fiona nodded slightly and walked towards a room with a half-open door.
"We've been obediently waiting outside the maternity care center and didn't try to sneak in again. It's unreasonable for you to bring us in here! Really unreasonable! I could sue you for illegal detention!" Just as they reached the door, Fiona heard the journalist's complaint.
"We invited you over; how could you say that?" Fiona spoke.
The three journalists sitting on the sofa inside immediately looked over. Upon seeing Fiona and Stella, their expressions shifted from confusion to suspicion, then to shock, and finally back to confusion.
"Mrs. Solomon?" Bishop, who had just been shouting about illegal detention, was extremely nervous.
"Hello, I'm Fiona."
"And I'm Stella."
Fiona and Stella introduced themselves respectively.
The expressions of the three journalists became even more colorful.
They even seemed to want to stand up but were suppressed by the bodyguards' gazes and obediently sat back down.
"We've heard so much about you two!" Bishop said.
Fiona smiled, sat down opposite them, and looked at them calmly.
Given her beauty and serene gaze, one would not expect her to give off a bad impression. However, the three people opposite her gradually shrank back and fidgeted.
"How long have you been waiting nearby?" Fiona asked.
"Not long!" One of them said.
"Yes, we were just caught as soon as we arrived and were planning to leave." The other one nodded.
"I don't like being lied to," Fiona said succinctly.
The three fell silent. They exchanged glances and finally, under Fiona's pressure, told the truth.
"Around ten days, but your security is very tight. We couldn't sneak in at all and were caught immediately," They spoke with great grievance. Not to mention, they were quite well-known in the entire entertainment industry.
"In these ten days, have you seen this person?" Fiona handed her phone to the bodyguard, who passed it to the journalists.
They looked at it and shook their heads. "No, we haven't seen them."
"Think again." Fiona's tone was gentle.
The three looked more carefully. "She has a good figure. If we had seen her, we would have taken a few photos. We really haven't seen her."
Fiona smiled and nodded.
The bodyguard took the phone back and returned it to Fiona.
