Chapter 942

Oliver didn't believe this until Michael got into trouble.

Originally, he wanted to find Wyatt, but he couldn't find Wyatt at all.

Wyatt didn't answer calls or reply on Facebook!

Oliver called Kieran, and Kieran replied only, "Mr. Stratford, perhaps the Solomons are your last resort. Even if you find Mr. Durham, it'll be useless now. Mr. Durham is completely different from before!"

Previously, Wyatt was a dashing young man.

Wyatt barely showed a bad attitude towards anyone or lost his temper in public.

But now Wyatt seemed to be wrapped in ice. Silence became his main tone.

In his leisure time, Wyatt no longer went out for social activities. He just stayed in the house where he and Stella lived.

He stared out of the window in a daze.

The only thing that showed his last vitality was the golden tabby cat Wyatt bought after he was discharged from the hospital.

Kieran knew that a kitten was what Stella wanted before. He also witnessed the argument between Stella and Wyatt because Wyatt disagreed.

Now, Stella abandoned Wyatt but he agreed to buy one.

Kieran had a mix of feelings.

Fiona arrived in Bay City at four or five in the morning.

She didn't go anywhere else but contacted Kieran directly and went to where Wyatt currently lived.

"Or should I call Mr. Durham?" Kieran stood at the door, hesitating.

Fiona waved her hand. She entered the password. The password was given by Stella.

After a while, the door opened.

Kieran fell silent.

"This has nothing to do with you. I opened it myself." Fiona smiled. "Thank you for your hard work these days. I'll give you a day off. Just go rest."

Kieran said, "But Mr. Durham..."

"Don't worry. If anything happens, you can go work for me!" Fiona said with a smile.

Kieran was astonished. He was very capable.

Fiona didn't hesitate to hire this talent.

Wyatt couldn't fall asleep unless he took three sleeping pills every night.

Upon waking up, he would feel groggy.

Wyatt lay in bed, counted to three, and then looked to the other side of the bed.

There was only a little cat lying on the pillow.

Wyatt got up, reached out for the cat, held it in his arms, and walked out barefoot.

After going out, he vaguely saw someone sitting on the sofa.

He was startled, and then, with great anticipation, he quickly ran over.

"Stella..." Just as he called out, he saw clearly the person sitting on the sofa.

"Good morning." Fiona casually waved at Wyatt as a greeting.

Upon seeing a stranger, the little cat got scared and burrowed into Wyatt's nightshirt.

The joy in Wyatt's expression slowly faded and the light in his eyes dimmed. In an instant, he returned to his initial lifeless state.
