Chapter 824 Give Another Chance

Alexander had always heard about this family full of hidden talents.

"Hello, welcome to our wedding," Alexander said gently.

How should she put it? After Fiona met Alexander, she felt relieved.

The energy and magnetic field on this person were incredibly stable, a perfect complement to Stella’s volatility!

"Alexander has booked a very nice hotel for you, the breakfast there is delicious!" Stella boasted proudly, "Let's not stand here, let's go to the hotel!"

"Okay." Fiona nodded.

Stella glanced at Darwin several times.

To be honest, Darwin had never given her a friendly look.

Today, Darwin seemed to be in a good mood.

"How is Mr. Solomon's health? Alexander's family has a medical legacy that spans hundreds of years. If needed, I can ask my nephew to take a look at you later?" Stella said enthusiastically.

Fiona fell silent.

If the gossip was accurate, could this nephew possibly be the one who almost got engaged to Stella before?

"Is it convenient?" Fiona spoke up.

"Of course, we’re family, what's not convenient?" Stella said without hesitation.

Alexander also nodded in agreement.

"Then it's settled." Fiona didn’t hesitate to accept Stella’s offer.

Just as they were talking, Chicago suddenly stood still in place.

"Wyatt."

The adults' laughter and chatter came to an abrupt halt.

They all followed the child's gaze.

When they saw Wyatt, Fiona and Darwin both frowned.

In less than a month, Wyatt had changed drastically. He had lost a significant amount of weight, his hair was no longer meticulously groomed, his eyes were sunken and bloodshot.

"Wyatt, will you ever stop?" Stella furrowed her brow.

If, in the beginning, Wyatt begging her to reconcile made Stella secretly pleased, by now, Wyatt had become a nuisance.

"Stella, I just want to talk to you seriously," Wyatt said, his voice tinged with tears.

Stella looked serious and solemn, "We've said everything we needed to say in the past sixteen years. I have nothing more to say to you now."

"Don't be like this... I'm begging you!" Wyatt's face was full of pain.

Stella shook her head.

She avoided Wyatt's pained gaze, tightly holding Alexander's hand, ready to walk around Wyatt and leave.

Who knew, Wyatt moved to chase after them.

Seeing this, Alexander's face immediately darkened.

"Wyatt," Fiona spoke up.

Wyatt's steps halted abruptly, and he looked at Fiona with red eyes.

"Are you going to stop me too?"

"I saved your child’s life. If you won’t help me, at least don’t take his side, will you?" Wyatt pointed at Alexander.

Darwin's face turned grim, "Wyatt, don't take your anger out on her."

"Enough." Fiona frowned, looking at Wyatt, "Come with me. Stella, give me the address and go ahead first."

"Okay."

Stella gratefully glanced at Fiona.

Wyatt was acting so irrational now, she was really unsure what he might do next.

A few days ago, he tried to break into the residence where she and Alexander lived, and even injured a security guard.

Alexander had him sent to jail for two days straight.

Even then, Wyatt hadn’t come to his senses.

Yet, Wyatt had always valued family honor the most.

"Stella, you can't leave!" Wyatt panicked.

After all this time, it was the first time he had managed to caught up with Stella.

Alexander had hidden her too well, Wyatt couldn't find her no matter how hard he tried!

If she left now, he wouldn't know where to find her again!

"Wyatt, do you really want to force Stella to hate you?" Fiona’s words made Wyatt stop dead in his tracks.

In that moment, Stella and Alexander got on the elevator and went straight to the garage.

Wyatt knew Stella too well.

Stella might seem carefree, but deep down she was a very stubborn person.

Just like how she had entangled herself with him for sixteen years, regardless of others’ opinions and words.

At first, Wyatt believed that, like before, Stella was just looking for a bit of excitement, and she would eventually return to him after playing with Alexander for a while.

But after the car accident, Wyatt began to sense that something was wrong.

When he was injured by Alexander, her first instinct was not to see how he was doing.

Instead, she instinctively checked on Alexander to see if he was hurt.

Then she left Wyatt.

He had been restless ever since.

Everyone in their circle were all talking, and Stella couldn't possibly be unaware.

But she hadn't said a word to him.

Every day, Stella was giving Wyatt an answer, that she really didn't want him anymore.

Wyatt stood in the bustling airport, looking at Fiona, tears immediately rolling down his face, "I don't know what to do. Thinking that she won't be by my side anymore in the future, I feel like..."

Wyatt clutched his chest tightly.

"I feel like I'm about to die!"

He used to not understand why Darwin had gone straight to the ICU after learning about Fiona's plane crash.

Now that it had happened to him, Wyatt finally understood the pain of having one’s lifeforce wither away in an instant.

"Let's find a place to sit and talk." Fiona's tone softened a lot.

Chicago gently held Wyatt's trembling hand, " Wyatt, I’ll treat you to something tasty. Don’t cry."

Wyatt looked down at Chicago, his tears flowed down even more.

When he was seriously injured in the hospital before, Stella had met Chicago and liked her very much.

Stella had even suggested that once he recovered, they could have a child too.

She had said that she was getting older, and if they didn’t have a baby soon, she’d have a high-risk pregnancy.

Stella had once loved him so passionately!

Fiona settled Charles and Chicago first.

Then she and Wyatt sat down in the hotel's cafe.

Wyatt kept looking around, as if searching for Stella.

"Wyatt, have something to eat?" Fiona suggested, "You look way too thin."

Wyatt shook his head desperately, "I can't eat, Fiona, Stella likes you the most. Can you... can you help me? Please, talk to her, ask her to give me another chance. I won't mind about her and Alexander, as long as she's willing to come back!"

Fiona looked at him and sighed, "Wyatt, you understand Stella better than I do."

Wyatt froze, "She and that Alexander have only known each other for a few months, we've had sixteen years!"

" Yes, but in those few months, after Alexander learned about Stella’s past scandals, he still decided to marry her. Without hesitation, he started planning a grand wedding. You had sixteen years, and you never made that decision." "
