Chapter 137 I Am Abnormal Now
"Fiona, while I am full of guilt towards you, you must be behave yourself even more. Please don't force my hand," Darwin said to Fiona, warning her once again.
Fiona's fingertips trembled greatly. Indeed, one cannot be too merciful. This morning, she should have treated Darwin's high fever as if she hadn't seen it and shouldn't have called any medical staff. It would be best if he just died directly.
Fiona was grinding her teeth. Then she looked at Darwin and asked, word by word, "Mr. Solomon, would you like some water?"

Fiona got up and turned her back to Darwin, lying on her side next to him. Darwin followed suit, enveloping her entirely and embracing her just like before. His scorching breath sprayed onto Fiona's neck. Her body instinctively stiffened.
"Darwin, don't forget that my body hasn't recovered yet," Fiona said in a low voice.
"Mhmm." Darwin was already somewhat drowsy.
After holding Fiona for a moment, he fell into a deep slumber. Feeling his breathing becoming more and more even, Fiona's body slowly relaxed.
Darwin hadn't slept for long before Liu his assistant called. He held Fiona with one hand and answered the phone with the other.
Not knowing what was said on the other end, all Fiona could hear was Darwin responding twice, "No need to postpone, I'll be on time."
He hung up the phone. Fiona thought he was probably going to get up. But then, he threw his phone aside and hugged Fiona with both hands again.
By now, Fiona's lower abdomen had begun to bulge slightly. However, it wasn't very noticeable in her loose daily wear, but one could easily feel the difference by touching.
"The meeting in the afternoon, will it still take place?" Fiona asked.
"Mhmm." Darwin's scorching kiss landed on Fiona's neck.
"Darwin!" Fiona exclaimed.
Darwin, “I just wanted to kiss you, I won't do anything else..." Darwin spoke and kissed Fiona's earlobe again. "Fiona, I will wait until you recover and can truly accept me."
Fiona's body trembled slightly. She thought to herself, You can dream all you want!
After a while, Darwin finally had enough kisses and bites, got up to change clothes, and came back with a few more ties.
Seeing this, Fiona approached him with a cold face and randomly picked one to tie for him. "Should I come along too?" Fiona asked.
"Of course," Darwin replied confidently, then thought for a moment before adding, "Consider it as going to have some fun, and if you feel tired, you can take a break on the side."
"Mmm." Fiona responded expressionlessly. Consider it as an opportunity to learn about business. In the past, when Fiona was working, she always wore the standard OL suit. It was Darwin's request, yet this time, Darwin had prepared beautiful dresses for her.
When Fiona and Darwin appeared together, Liu, the assistant, was first stunned, then her face broke into a smile. "Secretary Woods, it has been a while. You look really good!" Liu exclaimed cheerfully. Although she was Darwin's assistant, she wasn't considered one of his confidants.
So there were many things she didn't know.
Fiona smiled faintly.
“Is this the famous Secretary Woods?” At this moment, a middle-aged man who looked simple and had a peaceful aura, holding his belly, asked, “Indeed, seeing is believing. You truly are a rare beauty! Simply divine!”
Darwin glanced at Fiona, and calmly introduced her to everyone, "She is my wife, Fiona, and the future CEO of Solomon Energy." The men who were a minute ago joking around, suddenly had their smile freeze.
Fiona's smile also stiffened for a moment. This madman Darwin!!! What is he saying?

"I told him that Mr. Solomon is going crazy again and that I haven't married you," Fiona replied, feeling uncomfortable from the smoke trapped between his fingers. She snatched the cigarette away from him and put it out in a nearby trash can.
Darwin didn't seem to care. He bowed his head and forcefully kissed Fiona on the lips.
Fiona frowned in disgust and turned her head away. "Darwin, what are you doing?"
"Fiona, did I forget to tell you?" Darwin pinched her chin and turned her face towards him. "Whether you like it or not, we are getting married. The 6th of next month is a perfect date, and we will register our marriage on that day."
Fiona furrowed her brows.
Darwin's eyes were still somewhat red. He stared at Fiona's red lips and lightly rubbed them with his fingertip. "You're right, I am behaving strangely right now, so be a good girl and list to me, understand?"
