Chapter 1191
Burl called out, "Fiona, where you at?"
"In the study," Fiona answered.
"I'm heading over. Found something on that thing you asked me to look into," Burl said.
"Come on in," Fiona replied.
A moment later, Burl slipped into the study.
"What did you find?" Fiona asked.
"Is Aiden Darwin's uncle?" Burl whispered.
Fiona didn't deny it.
"Everything about him online is wiped clean, even his medical records at Solomon Group's hospitals. But I checked Brooke's travel records like you said, and found something," Burl whispered.
"Go on," Fiona urged.
Burl opened his laptop. "Aiden wasn't in the country for the three years before he died. Brooke's travel records are spotty, but look."
He showed a timeline of Brooke's flights.
A small plane flew across various continents, green lines stretching everywhere.
Fiona quickly spotted a pattern.
"She went to Azure Bay more than twice a month," Fiona noted.
"Exactly!" Burl nodded. "You asked me to check medical records because Aiden was sick, right? He must've been treated there, which is why Brooke went so often!"
"Azure Bay," Fiona mused.
"Any famous psychologists there?" she asked.
Burl searched on his computer.
Soon, a familiar name popped up.
"Graham Psychological Experiment Institute," Fiona whispered softly, then clicked on it.
The founder was Aldrich Graham, co-founder Rebecca.
Photos of Aldrich and his wife appeared.
Her gaze quickly shifted downward, and on the last line, she saw that twenty-five years ago, Aldrich and his wife had died in a car accident, which led to the closure of the institute.
Ten years ago, it reopened in Elysium, now headed by Hubert.
Fiona recalled what Hubert told her that morning.
His father's patient and the girl Aiden liked, who Nathaniel mentioned, were brutally murdered.
A sudden realization struck her, and all the clues fell into place.
Hubert's father's patient was Aiden.
Aiden, due to a mental illness, was controlled by another personality and killed the person he loved most.
Fiona's face went pale, hands trembling.
Burl was scared. "Fiona!"
"It's okay," Fiona said, gripping Burl's hand.
"What's going on?" Burl was almost in tears.
"I need to go out," Fiona said, standing up. "But I can't drive. You take me."
Burl nodded.
Fiona didn't tell anyone, went straight to the elevator down to the garage. Burl drove off immediately, following the address she gave.
When Darwin heard the car start, he instinctively glanced out the window.
