The steward stood nearby, watching the family whispering to each other.
He politely reminded them. "Mr. Smith, Mrs. Smith, shall I take you to the guest room?"
"Don't rush." Amelia's attitude toward the servants was clearly different from how she treated the masters.
She twisted her waist in dissatisfaction and said, "Where did you go just now? You should have used your phone to notify Kenny to come over! We've been waiting here for so long! Even the Walker family's steward is more efficient than you!"
"Sorry, when Kenny is with Thalassa, he rarely check his phone," the steward replied.
He wasn't stupid. How could he not see that Abigail's eyes were glued to Kenny?

Anna said, "Who told you that Abigail was going to marry Kenny? That's just wishful thinking!"
Abigail was convinced that Anna was behind this.
After all, Anna was inferior in every way, always being overshadowed by her, and David loved her more.
Anna resented her.
So Anna must have sabotaged Abigail and Kenny's marriage.

The news of Thalassa's pregnancy was never publicly disclosed.
Abigail only found it out recently and cried all night again.
She now harbored a deep grudge against Thalassa, whom she had never even met.
Walking alongside Kenny, Scarlet warned, "Kenny, I'm warning you. If you dare to do anything to hurt Thalassa, I'll kick you out immediately. I'd rather lose a son than a daughter-in-law!"
Kenny smiled. "Got it, Mom."
"Where's Anna? I can't reach her!" Scarlet tried calling Anna twice.
Anna's side was out of service.
"Thalassa said yesterday that Anna is hiking in the mountains today, so there's probably no signal," Kenny reassured her. "Mom, everything's fine. They're more anxious than us. They'll speak up when they're ready."
"They are indeed more anxious than us. I blame you for Abigail's situation!" Scarlet poked Kenny's arm.
Since Kenny got married, he had gradually become much livelier.
Scarlet even dared to be a bit physical with Kenny occasionally.
All of this was thanks to Thalassa!
If anyone dared to compete with Thalassa for Kenny, Scarlet would deal with them personally!
