Chapter 1342
Fiona was drop-dead gorgeous; Jasper had never seen anyone like her in real life.
For a second, her gaze made him feel all jittery.
Then, she slightly parted her red lips and said, "Vespera didn't give you anything extra because you're too malicious."
"Don't talk nonsense!" Vivienne cried, looking super upset.
Fiona stood up straight.
With her arms crossed, she looked down at them. "Jasper gambles, runs scams, and exploits less attractive girls with some money, forcing them to borrow funds to finance his gambling. This pushed one 19-year-old girl to jump from a building, leaving her with severe paraplegia. She's still in the hospital."
"I didn't force them! They did it themselves. What does it have to do with me?" As soon as Jasper finished speaking, Christopher slapped him across the face.
Christopher remarked, "Did Mrs. Solomon give you permission to speak? If you talk again, I'll cut out your tongue and see how you shout!"
Fiona didn't stop him, nor did her expression change.
Her gaze slowly fell on Wesley. "Wesley runs a barbershop, but it's not haircuts you're selling. How many people have you forced into prostitution? How many girls have you infected with diseases, ruining their lives?" she said.
Wesley trembled all over, looking at Jasper, who was covering his face and pale, not daring to say a word.
Christopher's slap landed with such force this time that it knocked one of Wesley's teeth to the ground.
Christopher exclaimed, "Mrs. Solomon is asking you a question. Are you mute?"
Wesley broke down emotionally, covering his face and crying. "I don't know. I really don't know!"
Fiona looked at him with disdain, and finally, her gaze returned to the frozen Vivienne. "And you, you're the mastermind behind all these crimes."
Vivienne orchestrated everything from deceiving innocent girls into the industry, handling those who became infected, teaching her sons how to swindle money from girls, to identifying which girls were easier to manipulate.
While Wesley and Jasper played demons in the world, she provided advice from hell.
These were all things Fiona had someone investigate last night.
Wesley and the others were notorious, making it easy to expose their crimes.
How could Vespera possibly feel any pity for people like them?
Vespera knew about their despicable deeds, so she didn't reveal the contents of her will before she died and ensured a perfect procedure when drafting it.
She didn't give Wesley and the others any loopholes.
But Vespera still underestimated their malice.
She never thought that even with a perfect will, they would still try to take what they wanted forcibly.
Fortunately, fate brought Fiona here, inadvertently upholding Vespera's dying wishes.
Vivienne waved her hand and exclaimed, "We don't want the house and the gold jewelry anymore, please spare us!"
"Of course, I'll let you off." Fiona's look appeared gentle, but it sent a chill down everyone's spine when it fell on them.
Her words did not sound forgiving.
"However, you only get this one chance. I'll have people keeping an eye on you," Fiona said softly. "Stay away from the Emrys family and don't disturb them. Can you manage that?"
Vivienne kept nodding. "We can!"
However, Jasper and Wesley remained silent.
Fiona frowned in displeasure. "Can't you manage it?"
Hearing this, Jasper and Wesley both snapped back to reality and quickly nodded vigorously, "We can!"
Only then did Fiona nod in satisfaction. "Additionally, you must be good people and cease harming others."
