Chapter 1066

Henry was slightly taken aback.

Darwin used to be very clear about rewards and punishments.

However, he seemed to have never mentioned anything about rewards and punishments to him.

Could it be Ms. Woods?

"This is all part of our job." Henry replied.

Darwin didn't waste time on this matter. "Alright. Let's call it a day."

Henry said, "Okay, I'll prepare a car to take you back to Emerald Pool."

"No need." Darwin raised his hand slightly. "I have some other matters to attend to."

Henry was stunned for a moment.

Seeing this, Darwin looked at him. "What? Do I need to explain everything to you?"

"Of course not!" Henry quickly replied.

Darwin stood up. "No need to tell Fiona. Once I'm done here, I'll head back."

"Yes, sir." Henry stood in place, watching Darwin leave.

What was this familiar yet strange feeling?

Following Darwin out was still Xavier.

After getting in the car, he didn't say a word, and the driver seemed to know the destination already, starting the car directly.

Before long, the car drove into the underground garage of a private restaurant.

Darwin didn't bring anyone with him and took the elevator directly to the reserved private room.

The waiter respectfully led him to the door of the private room.

Just as he was about to open the door, he heard Ethan's angry voice from inside. "Randy, I've told you many times. I don't want to study abroad!"

"Ethan! Don't cause me trouble!" Randy scolded him sternly.

At this moment, the door to the private room opened.

Darwin, dressed in a menacing black suit and leaning on a cane, walked in.

"Mr. Solomon, you're here!" Randy immediately put on a smile.

Ethan stood a few steps away from Darwin, looking at him in shock, then he seemed to understand something.

He looked at Randy. "The admission season for these top overseas universities ended at the beginning of the year. Randy, can you tell me how I can still get admitted now?"

Randy kept winking at Ethan.

Ethan had talent, and Randy knew it better than anyone.

The previous exchange student opportunity was already a resource Ethan could reach.

But now, it wasn't an exchange student; it was direct admission to a top overseas school.

Ethan's talent could be fully developed in these top institutions.

He could overcome the insurmountable class barriers and embark on an extraordinary journey.

Randy said, "Mr. Solomon is grateful that you saved Chicago's life back then, so..."

"How many years ago was that?" Ethan interrupted coldly, then looked directly at Darwin. "Mr. Solomon, I'm transferring to another school this semester. After that, I won't have any contact with your family. Is that okay?"

"Ethan!" Randy was extremely anxious.

He didn't understand why Ethan refused to study abroad.

Ethan had no relatives in Bay City, so why was he so stubborn and unwilling to leave?

Studying abroad was clearly a brighter future!

"Randy, I can get into the universities you want me to on my own!" Ethan looked at Darwin. "Instead of being thrown out like garbage."

"Watch your mouth!" Randy was almost in tears.

Darwin smiled gently and raised his hand, signaling Randy not to worry. "Randy, could you please step out for a moment? I'd like to have a few words with Ethan alone."
