Chapter 528 Relieving the Burden
Katherine could clearly feel Alex's body still trembling slightly. It seemed he hadn't completely recovered from the shock of her "death".

Alice replied anxiously, "Sunny, I don't have time to explain everything to you right now! I'll send you the address, come here and find me. We need to discuss Scarlett's situation!"
Sunny didn't say much; he just grunted in agreement and hung up the phone.
Alice quickly sent her apartment address to Sunny and then began to wait anxiously.
Actually, she could have discussed things with Sunny over the phone, but she had learned from her informant in the Mitchell family that Katherine had used a phone recording as evidence to send Scarlett to jail.
So, she didn't dare to say anything to Sunny over the phone now!
Katherine's abilities were unfathomable. Who knew if she could record her conversation with Sunny? She had already ruined Scarlett; Sunny must not have had any accidents!
She was counting on Sunny to inherit the Mitchell family and put her back on top in the future!
Before Sunny arrived, Alice kept pacing back and forth in the living room, unable to calm down.

Alice vented her anger on the child without distinguishing right from wrong. Even when Charles was beaten to the brink of death, she didn't intend to stop! She intended to end his life, believing that Charles was a hindrance and getting rid of him would be a favor to her and Scarlett..
Now that Scarlett was arrested, she couldn't marry into the Melville family anymore. With this blemish in her reputation, she couldn't find another good man!
At this moment, the doorbell rang, and Alice finally let go of Charles. She closed the bedroom door and went to open the door.
