Chapter 793 This Guy Really Deserves a Beating
George was very reluctant, but he didn't dare to disobey Trevor. He grudgingly said to Sophia, "I'm sorry."
Sophia, feeling happy with Trevor by her side, decided to let the fake Julian off the hook. She put on a forgiving smile and said, "It's alright, I'm not really upset. Just don't say things like that again, okay?"
George apologized under Trevor's pressure, not sincerely, and turned his face away from Sophia.
Trevor looked at George sternly. "You're right; he does need some proper discipline."
Sophia, looking particularly understanding, said, "Forget it, Julian already knows he was wrong. Trevor, don't be too harsh on him."
Trevor replied, "It's because I've been too lenient with him before that he's become so disrespectful! You go ahead and do your thing, I'll have a serious talk with him!"
Sophia nodded, a hint of satisfaction in her eyes. "Alright, you have a good talk with Julian. I'll go make dinner for everyone!"
Trevor acknowledged with a sound and then glared at George sternly.
Seeing this, Sophia's lips curled into a smug smile before she turned and left.
Finally, Trevor was going to discipline this unruly child!
Seeing Trevor's stern and angry expression, she no longer worried that the fake Julian would say anything reckless in front of Trevor. It seemed Trevor wouldn't believe him anyway and would just think he was being capricious and talking nonsense!
George pouted, looking like he was about to cry. "I want to see Mommy."
As soon as Sophia left, George felt aggrieved and wanted to cry.
Trevor placed a long finger on his lips.
George blinked his big, tear-filled eyes.
Trevor gently pulled George close and softly comforted him, "Be good, we can't anger Sophia for now. Don't talk to her like that again."
George was stunned for a moment. So Trevor was just trying to keep Sophia calm and wasn't really mad at him?
Thinking this way, George felt a bit better.
Trevor looked down at George's aggrieved little face with a pained expression. "Soon, Daddy will take you away from here, and we'll go find Mommy openly."
George believed Trevor's words wholeheartedly and nodded vigorously. "I understand, I'll listen to you, Daddy!"
Trevor smiled with relief, gently rubbing George's head and sighing softly.
After Katherine and Jonathan inspected the land at Silvershade Vale, she told him to wait for her and the shareholders' decision, then drove him back to the Mostow Group.
Jonathan clearly didn't want to go straight back to the Mostow Group. Sitting in the passenger seat, he said, "Katherine, it's rare for us to meet. How about we grab a meal together?"
Katherine kept her eyes on the road and replied calmly, "Sorry, I've already eaten."
"Already eaten?" Jonathan looked at the time. "You mean lunch, right? It's already past three. If we wait a bit, we can have dinner together! How about we have dinner and then go our separate ways?"
Katherine replied, "It's not convenient."
Jonathan asked, "What's inconvenient? When I called you, weren't you at a friend's place? The company shouldn't have any issues either!"
Katherine frowned, about to retort, when Jonathan suddenly interrupted her, "Katherine, look, who are those two people over there?"
She was driving and couldn't look around easily, but Jonathan's exclamation made her glance over.
On the sidewalk, surrounded by a crowd, she saw Sunny fighting with a man, while Ambrosia stood nearby, pinching her brow in frustration!
Katherine immediately hit the brakes. What was going on?
Jonathan, eager for some excitement, followed Katherine out of the car with a gleam of interest in his eyes.
Katherine pushed through the crowd and frowned at Sunny, who was punching a stranger. "Stop it!"
As soon as she spoke, all eyes turned to her.
Sunny immediately stopped, looking up at her with some embarrassment. "Katherine?"
Ambrosia, startled, walked over and asked with concern, "Katherine, what are you doing here?"
As she spoke, her eyes glanced at Jonathan beside Katherine.
Katherine said, "I was passing by. What's going on here?"
Ambrosia adjusted her gold-rimmed glasses. "That man came over to hit on me, asking for my contact information. I refused, but he kept pestering me and tried to harass me. Mr. Mitchell saw it and stepped in!"
So they were fighting a pervert!
Katherine's frown relaxed a bit, and she checked Ambrosia from head to toe. "Are you okay? Did that pervert touch you?"
Ambrosia shook her head. "No, I'm fine, Katherine."
After confirming Ambrosia was okay, Katherine walked over to Sunny and said coldly, "Get up!"
Sunny frowned in displeasure. "Katherine! This guy is a real pervert. He has a lot of secretly taken photos of girls on his phone. He deserves a beating!"
Katherine's expression was serious. "I know, but get up first."
Sunny didn't dare disobey Katherine. He reluctantly let go of the pervert's collar and stood up. "Katherine, I..."
Sunny wanted to explain the situation to Katherine, but before he could finish, he saw Katherine stomp on the pervert's face!
The pervert, who had just caught his breath and thought he was saved, was stomped on the face before he could get up, crying out in pain.
Katherine glared at him with disdain. "Couldn't get her contact info, so you tried to harass her? Who taught you to behave like this?"
The pervert begged for mercy in pain. "I'm sorry! I'll never do it again, please let me go!"
Katherine didn't lift her foot, instead grinding it harder. "Save your apologies for the police! Sunny, did you call the police?"
Sunny finally snapped out of it. "I didn't get a chance!"
Katherine ordered, "Then do it now and let the police handle this pervert according to the law!"
Sunny immediately nodded. "Okay!"
The police arrived at the scene shortly after the call was made.
They arrived quickly because a bystander had already called them, and since the pervert was injured, the police asked Katherine and the others to go to the station to give statements.
At the station, the police dealt with the pervert according to the law and thanked them for their cooperation.
Katherine left the station with Ambrosia and Sunny, seeing Jonathan leaning against the car waiting for them.
