Chapter 1005 Rachel's Secret Base
The store manager was caught off guard.
Natalie smirked, "I didn't buy this store to run a charity."
The store manager finally got it—this was the rich lady who bought the store, just like she heard on the phone. She quickly walked over, "Understood."
Standing at the door, Hannah was shocked, "You!"
Natalie’s voice was cold. "If you really want that purple dress, why not buy the store from me? I'll throw in the dress for free."
Natalie barely glanced at Hannah. From the corner of her eye, she saw both Hannah and Autumn looking upset.
Rachel tilted her head proudly. "Yeah, buy the store, and the dress is yours."
Hannah snapped back, "Even if you have the dress, so what? Jamie still likes Autumn."
Rachel laughed loudly, "You really think you're his girlfriend? You're just Jamie's side piece. Is that something to be proud of? Need me to help you advertise it?"
Autumn's face went paler, and she turned to leave.
Hannah stomped her foot and followed her out.
Rachel linked arms with Natalie, "I didn't expect you to do that. But it felt pretty good today. I'm quite satisfied with you."
Hearing Jamie's name, Natalie asked, "Who are they?"
Rachel pursed her lips, "The one about to cry is Autumn Foster, Jamie's mistress."
Natalie knew Rachel had always liked Jamie.
Jamie seemed mysterious, but Natalie didn’t know much about him.
Rachel and Natalie shopped for two hours, buying a ton of stuff. Natalie helped Rachel carry the bags.
Even though Natalie was wearing sunglasses and a mask, someone still recognized her.
"Natalie, is that you?" A sales associate excitedly called out her name.
Natalie smiled and signaled her to keep quiet.
The sales associate immediately lowered her voice. "I really like you. Can you sign an autograph for me?"
"Sure," Natalie said and sighed, then they took a photo together.
Rachel said, "I didn't realize you had so many fans."
Rachel didn’t have any bad feelings towards Natalie. In fact, Natalie sometimes took her by surprise. Despite having similar faces, why did Natalie seem so elegant and easy to get along with, while Alice always looked calculating and obsequious? The difference between people was really big.
"Come on, I'll take you to my secret spot." Rachel stepped on the gas, and they quickly arrived at the location.
Natalie got out of the car and realized Rachel's secret spot was the BIU Supercar Club, funded by a few rich kids, and the owner was a car enthusiast.
It was around 5 PM.
Rachel took Natalie inside, and through a door, they came to a large open-air racetrack. The area was huge, with a dozen sports cars parked along the roadside, each with its own logo. Natalie glanced around and saw the railings were crowded with people.
"Tonight, there's going to be a practice race here," Rachel boomed excitedly.
There were also a few cheerleading squads at the open-air racetrack.
Rachel said, "I'm a fan of the NOZ team. I heard their captain is racing tonight. I hope he gets a good result. Here, skill and courage are the most important."
