Chapter 1253 See Her on Set
Adrian nodded but didn't go inside.
Finnian looked puzzled, then heard Adrian say, "I'll wait until she's done filming before I go in. I don't want to disturb her."
Finnian nodded.
He raised his hand to wipe the sweat from his forehead.
Adrian's status was prestigious, and with his arrival, Finnian dared not slack off.
He immediately prepared the office, coffee, and water, but Adrian just glanced at his watch and sat on the sofa, "When will the shoot be over?"
Finnian said, "Natalie shoots very quickly, almost always in one take. If it's the morning, it should be about half an hour more."
Finnian said this, afraid that Adrian would wait too long, and quickly gave his assistant a look.
The assistant immediately took the hint and was about to report.
But Adrian stopped him with a cold glance, "I said, don't disturb her."
"Yes." Finnian quickly called the assistant back.
The office was very quiet.
Finnian's back was drenched in sweat from nervousness.
Penelope came in with two glasses of water, "Mr. Howard, have some water. Natalie said the water quality in Suncrest City is much better than in Vachilit, sweet and tasty. There are many specialties here, and the food is made with spring water, which tastes very different from Vachilit."
It seemed that hearing Natalie's name made Adrian turn his gaze to Penelope's face.
He seemed to remember Penelope.
She was in the same crew as Natalie.
They had taken photos together.
Her name seemed to be Penelope.
The second female lead of the crew.
Adrian took a sip of water.
The taste did seem different from Vachilit's water.
"Where is Natalie staying while filming here?"
"Natalie isn't staying at a hotel; she rented a villa here for convenience."
Adrian nodded.
Brice walked over and asked, "Which one?"
"It seems to be Maplewood Estate."
Adrian nodded.
Then there was silence again.
Finnian didn't dare to make eye contact or converse with Adrian. The cold pressure from Adrian made him tense all over, and the room felt like it was filled with cold air.
It wasn't until around 11 o'clock that Adrian stood up, and Finnian also stood up.
Because he was too tense and nervous, the chair made a noise.
On set.
With the director's call of "Cut," the morning's shoot was over.
This morning's scene was between Natalie and Rocco. The two of them gathered around the director, watching the playback on the monitor.
The director was generally satisfied with the morning's shoot, took a sip of water, and said, "Rocco, pay attention to your profile expression. When you speak, tuck your chin slightly to make your profile more photogenic."
Rocco nodded.
Facing the guidance of a big director, he naturally benefited a lot.
Natalie looked at the monitor and sighed, "I've had a bit of a cold these past few days, and my lines weren't delivered well. These two lines sounded a bit tight."
The director said, "It's okay, we can dub it in post-production."
Adrian walked in slowly, his steps light, and stood behind the group, watching the monitor.
Then his gaze fell on Natalie's back.
She was wearing makeup, her hairstyle was classical, and she was dressed in a light pink classical long dress, with a tight waist showing her slim figure, and a light pink veil over it.
From the back, she looked like an elf.
Brice wanted to call out to Natalie but was stopped by Adrian's gaze.
He looked deeply at Natalie.
None of them noticed Adrian's arrival.
