Elmer's eyes were icy and threatening. "Where's Mila?"
Holding the cold, lifeless body of the woman in his arms, he gritted his teeth. "Throw Mila in there!"
He wanted Mila to suffer the same fate, trapped inside with no one to hear her screams.
The butler nodded immediately. "Yes, sir!"
The Bailey family, despite their immense wealth and control over the oil business on Redwood Isle, had crossed a line. Locking Eve in the freezer was a direct challenge to the Roach family! The butler signaled to two bodyguards.
The bodyguards grabbed Mila by the arms and started dragging her towards the freezer.
Mila was terrified, pleading non-stop, but it was useless.
As they passed Kamille, Mila clung to Kamille's dress. Kamille, however, was powerless. Mila's actions were simply too outrageous—locking Elmer's wife in the freezer, and on Kamille's birthday no less. It was a blatant insult to Kamille.
In the lounge, a waiter knocked on the door, letting them know they could leave.
Natalie guessed that Eve must have been found.
Heather said, "I just heard that Mrs. Roach was locked in the freezer by Mila. When they found her, she was completely frozen and unconscious. She's been taken to the hospital."
Zanna's eyes widened. "That's terrifying! How could this happen?"
Matilda was equally shocked. "Oh my God, will she be okay? They were looking for her for quite a while."
"Luckily, they found her. Otherwise, it could have been a real disaster."
Natalie exited the elevator and returned to her room, which she shared with Heather. Their makeup artists, Zanna and Matilda, were in another room.
After washing her face, Natalie took out her phone and started a video call with Adrian.
After a few exchanges, Natalie said, "There was quite a scene at Kamille's birthday party tonight. Elmer Roach's wife was locked in the freezer by Mila and almost died."
"The Bailey family?"
"Yeah, the oil tycoons."
"A small family like the Baileys dares to act so recklessly. Redwood Isle may be rich in resources and have a great geographical advantage, but it lacks oil. All the oil comes from the Bailey family, so people have to bow to them a bit. But this time, Mila's actions will make it hard for the Bailey family to get any favors on Redwood Isle."
"I just heard someone calling my name faintly, like Rachel's voice. My forehead has been twitching too. Adrian, do you think Rachel could be on Redwood Isle?" Natalie voiced her doubts, raising her hand to press her forehead.
Natalie knew her idea was a bit far-fetched.

Still, she cautiously said, "Adrian, should we check it out? I've been dreaming about Rachel a lot lately."
