Chapter 171 Won't Let Her Off Easy

In the cleaning room, many cleaning tools were stacked up. As soon as Natalie entered, she saw Jerry sitting on a chair, tears in his eyes.

"Jerry." She closed the door.

"Ms. Teeger, I just saw Rosalie. Everyone in the Cullen family are beasts! How could they treat you like this! Rosalie was already recovering. Although she was weak, she only needed to take anti-rejection medication every day. But she was stopped from taking the medicine by that vicious woman Avery, which led to her being in a coma! Avery!! She grew up with Rosalie. How could she do this to Rosalie!"

Natalie tightly pressed her lips. Ever since she learned about Avery and Rosalie's relationship, the incidents she couldn't understand before gradually became clearer.

No wonder when she was young, the chatty servants always whispered behind her back about how similar she and Alice looked.

Rosalie usually didn't wear makeup, and her sickly complexion made her look bad.

Avery had luxurious clothes, exquisite jewelry, and top-notch skincare products. How could Rosalie compare to her?

But Natalie thought, 'Since there is no blood relation between me and Rosalie, could the DNA test have been wrong? When I have the chance, I will definitely do a retest. How can I not be Rosalie's daughter? It's absurd!'

Natalie clenched her fists tightly, gritting her teeth.

She knew it must be Avery's malicious doing!

If something happened to Rosalie, she wouldn't let Avery off. She wouldn't make it easy for Avery!

"Jerry, we can definitely rescue Rosalie!" Natalie said with conviction.

Jerry wiped his tears, took a deep breath, and spoke firmly, "Yes, we can. I will continue working here as a cleaner. I will find a way to go to the sixth floor and then find an opportunity to save her. These days, I found out that it was because of a person named Richard Thomas, who knows the hospital's director, that Avery arranged for Rosalie to be here."

Richard Thomas?

Natalie pondered and searched her mind but couldn't figure out who Richard was, so she decided not to dwell on it.

Regardless of the reason, she just wanted Rosalie to leave here as soon as possible.

Natalie didn't dare to stay too long. After chatting with Jerry for a few moments, she left.

Just as she turned the corner, she bumped into a man in black.

He was the guard from the sixth floor!

Natalie was startled for a moment, but she quickly composed herself, then calmly averted her gaze and walked past him as if she didn't know him.

The guard, however, was stunned. He looked at Natalie several times, then followed her directly.

Natalie arrived at the lawn, where a few children were flying kites. The weather was nice today. She helped Roy fly the kite and chatted with Linda on the side.

The guard watched for a while. Seeing that Natalie seemed completely unaware of him, he hurriedly went upstairs with the food in his hand. Little did he know that while he thought Natalie was chatting easily, her palms were already sweating.

Upon returning, the guard didn't dare relax his vigilance. He quickly told the others, "Guess who I met when I went downstairs to get food just now?"

"Who?"

"That little beauty who comes here every week."

"What?? She found her way here? Should we inform the boss quickly?"

"I don't think so. She didn't recognize me. She was wearing a nurse's uniform here, flying kites with a few mentally ill kids on the lawn. Seems like she's here to work."

"Should we still inform the boss?"
