However, Natalie didn't. She rented a small villa by herself.
Natalie said, "That's great. Being closer to your husband is convenient."
Anouk smiled, "Yeah, but what about you? Did your husband agree to you coming out to film? After all, you'll be apart for so long."
"He's very supportive of my acting." Natalie's eyelashes lowered. "Actually, when I'm at home, sometimes I don't know how to interact with him."
After drinking a bit, Natalie was slightly tipsy and started to speak her mind. She really didn't know how to deal with Adrian after his amnesia.
She remembered everything, but Adrian didn't. Adrian's gaze was cold and emotionless, while she carried too many emotions inside, which weighed her down.
Natalie couldn't be perfect.
She was grateful for the miracle that woke Adrian up, but she couldn't face his cold, amnesiac eyes.
So, she decided to let everything take its course.
"Rachel, drink a little less," Natalie advised as she saw Rachel continuously drinking.
Rachel shook her head, "It's rare to be out with no one to control me. Natalie, just let me be."
Rachel could hold her liquor well. Even after half a bottle, she was still clear-headed.
The more she tried to forget Jamie, the more he filled her mind.
Her phone vibrated, and she saw a message from Chloe.
[Where did you go? What are you doing in Suncrest City? It's so far.]
Rachel replied: [I'm with Natalie. She's filming here, and I'm just taking a break.]
[Filming? Is it fun? Is it a period drama? Are the costumes and hairstyles beautiful?]
[Shooting starts next week. If you want to come, I can show you around.]
