Chapter 1014 Overwhelmed by Jealousy

Natalie was rocking an outfit from U&M and flashed a smile, saying, "Thanks."

Juniper felt a bit snubbed by Natalie’s cool demeanor.

The host started introducing the main actors, and Natalie got up to greet everyone.

There was also a Q&A session to chat with the main actors.

By the time the whole event wrapped up, it was already afternoon, and they left the theater.

Natalie skipped lunch and headed straight to the airport.

Natalie and Matthew ended up on the same flight. They had just wrapped up filming "Yesterday's Mist," so they knew each other pretty well.

Matthew asked, "So, when are you joining the next crew? Got your next role lined up?"

"I need a break for a bit," Natalie said with a smile. "My mother-in-law is on my case about getting pregnant soon."

Matthew's eyes went wide. "Wait, what? You're married?"

Natalie usually wore her ring when she wasn't filming. Matthew noticed the diamond ring on her finger. "Wow, you really are married."

Natalie grinned, "Yep, I got married last Monday when I took a day off."

Natalie wasn't one to take time off lightly. She usually avoided outside events when filming, only taking time off if it was super important.

Matthew remembered Natalie taking a day off that Monday, saying she had something important to handle. "So, you got married?"

"Yep."

Matthew was floored. "Natalie, you're in the prime of your career, and you're still young. I've never seen a celeb get married so young and at the height of their career. Aren't you worried it might mess with your future opportunities?"

Matthew was genuinely concerned, but then realized he might be overthinking it. Natalie was super talented and had a great reputation, so her future looked bright. He asked, "Is your husband in the entertainment industry?"

"Not really. He runs his family's business," Natalie replied.

"I wish you all the happiness."

After a week of nonstop promotion, "Rising Winds" hit theaters on May 1st.

On its opening day, it raked in $200 million at the box office. The buzz kept growing, and it got rave reviews.

That night, Natalie invited Adrian to the cinema to watch the movie, and Adrian booked the entire theater, so it was just the two of them.

Watching the scenes on the screen, Adrian blurted out with a smile, "Natalie, you blew me away."

"Yeah?"

"I brought you into the entertainment industry, and seeing you do so well now, I kinda regret it."

"Why?"

"Because on the big screen, your beauty is magnified. More and more people are noticing you and falling for you. How can I be happy about that?"

Natalie got it; he was jealous.

She smiled and hugged Adrian's arm, "Are you jealous?"

"I'm so lucky to have found someone as amazing as you," Adrian said, lowering his head to kiss her.

As the movie ended, Natalie wrapped her arms around his neck. "Adrian, I'm your wife, and I always will be."
