Chapter 961 Cherry Blossoms
Hearing the word "my sister," Natalie was caught off guard. She glanced at Raymond, her eyes flickering with uncertainty.
Natalie wasn't even sure if Raymond was really her brother.

The Raymond standing in front of her looked just like Ryan.
"I get this weird sense of familiarity with you. When I first went abroad, I couldn't sleep for days. One night, I dreamed of a field of cherry blossom trees. I never saw anything like that as a kid. It was beautiful."
Natalie's eyes widened. 'Cherry blossom trees? Could it be the ones in the backyard of the Cullen mansion? Ryan, is that really you?'
Heather showed up to find Natalie, and after a quick goodbye to Raymond, Natalie went away with her.
Heather was not just a great agent but also an amazing friend. She never pried into Natalie's personal life but always did her best to help with anything Natalie needed.
Heather whispered to Natalie, "Madeline is a big name in the fashion world, but she's got beef with Fiora. So, don't mention Fiora's magazine or any brands they handle when you're around Madeline."
Natalie nodded.
At first, Madeline didn't think much of Natalie. Sure, she had some ticket sales and decent looks as a rising star, but that was about it.
But after meeting her, Madeline found Natalie more appealing than those who avoided the red carpet.
Madeline gave Natalie some red carpet exposure and kept things classy. Plus, she was good friends with Rebecca. It looked like Natalie would be featured in her magazine a lot in the future. Thinking about this connection, Madeline smiled.
Rebecca came over to introduce Madeline to Natalie.
Natalie wasn't great at handling these big events, but she kept her cool and managed everything perfectly.
After chatting with Madeline for a bit and having a glass of champagne, Natalie was called away by Charlotte.
Madeline smiled and asked Rebecca, "Why did you pick Natalie as your spokesperson? You usually go for award-winning actresses with strong credentials. Now you seem pretty happy with Natalie."
As the host of the event, Madeline knew about the little drama on the red carpet and was curious.
Rebecca lowered her voice, "Madeline, there's something you don't know."
Not many people in the industry knew about Wendy's voluntary contract termination. But Rebecca decided to spill the beans. "We originally signed Wendy. You know how close I am with her."
Madeline nodded, aware of their sisterly bond.
"When my brand got hit with a plagiarism scandal, I had to postpone the socialite banquet. Wendy felt my brand was dragging her down, so she wanted out, and I agreed. My brand will shine, with or without her."
Madeline said, "You two are sisters. She was wrong to bail, but she was also protecting her reputation. She's got a pretty good standing in the industry."
