Chapter 182 Her Bottom Line
Natalie took her sunglasses and followed Adrian into the living room. Dinner would be ready in half an hour. Jamie and Daniel walked in one after the other, and Rachel exclaimed in surprise, "Jamie!"
Jamie avoided Rachel a bit. He understood Rachel's feelings for him, but he did not have the same feelings.
He responded coldly and distantly, "Rachel."
"Jamie, have you been very busy these past few days? I went to your company several times, and they all said you weren't there."
That was Jamie's specific instruction: if Rachel came looking for him, they were to say he wasn't there.
Natalie's phone vibrated. She looked at the caller ID, which read "Alice," and took the phone to the balcony. "Hello."

It was not yet dinner time, and the Howard family's servants were all busy.
Natalie made an excuse, saying she was going to stroll in the garden, and left the dining room. The servant Betty Cook wanted to follow her, but Natalie refused.

Behind the woods was a two-story villa where Alice was waiting for her.

"Hadn't found out?" Natalie softly repeated the phrase. "How did you find out? Oh, Carlos Duncan told you, didn't he? Alice, you and Carlos seem to have a good relationship. Does Adrian know?"
Alice was stunned, instantly feeling guilty.
"What nonsense are you talking about? What Carlos? I'm talking to you! Who allowed you to talk about something else! You dare to pretend to be me to meet Adrian. See how I teach you a lesson. Don't forget, your mother is still in the hospital, still in my hands!"
Mentioning Rosalie, Natalie's face turned completely cold.
She tightly gripped Alice's wrist, causing Alice to wince in pain. "Ouch, get off me! Natalie!"
"Alice, I'm telling you, if anything happens to my mother, I guarantee the entire Howard family, the entire media in Vachilit, will know the truth about how I lost a child and how you pretended to be me to climb into Adrian's bed!"
Natalie's bottom line was Rosalie.
