Chapter 1264 Is She Hearing Things?
Rachel happily ran over, "Adrian!"
Adrian hugged her.
"Adrian, you still remember me! I thought you went on a date with Natalie and forgot about me."
She linked her arm with Adrian's, and with her other hand, she linked arms with Natalie, standing between them. "Come on, let's go inside and talk."
Beatrix also realized that this man was Natalie's husband.
The legendary man.
In the living room.
There were two empty bags of bread and some takeout, with a few opened snack packs on the table.
Beatrix quickly tidied up. "Natalie, have you eaten? Do you want to order some takeout?"
Natalie and Adrian had already eaten and brought back a lot of food.
Natalie looked at the table, "You and Rachel just ate this?"
Rachel said, "Too lazy to go out, might as well do it ourselves."
Natalie couldn't help but laugh, "Doing it yourself means eating bread and ordering takeout?"
Rachel said, "You and Adrian went out to have fun, how could I disturb you? Beatrix, don't throw this away, there are still some chips left in here."
Beatrix handed over the chips.
Rachel ate the last two chips, "Adrian, I thought you came to Suncrest City secretly and didn't want Natalie and me to know. Turns out you took Natalie out on a date, leaving me alone at home. Am I still your real sister?"
Natalie placed the dinner they brought back on the table, and Beatrix helped to open and arrange it.
The food was still hot and smelled delicious.
Tonight's dinner included sliced foie gras steak and a salmon sushi platter, with a variety of options.
Beatrix didn't want to disturb the family and said, "I'll go to my room first. Natalie, just call me if you need anything."
Natalie handed a box of sushi to Beatrix, "Then take it to your room to eat. I don't have anything else for you to do. Have a good rest tonight; tomorrow you'll be with me on set."
"Okay."
In the living room.
Rachel turned on the projector and randomly put on a comedy.
She ate sushi and said, "What, the hotel pipes are leaking? Adrian, are you kidding me? How could the Starlight Hotel have leaking pipes? If you want to stay here with Natalie, just say so."
Rachel bluntly exposed him.
Adrian looked at Rachel's straightforward manner. Although it was a bit awkward to be exposed, he still looked at Rachel warmly, "Even eating can't shut you up?"
Natalie looked at Adrian and Rachel in shock.
Did she hear it wrong?
Was she hallucinating?
Or did she misunderstand?
Adrian wanted to stay with her, so he lied about the hotel pipes being broken.
Natalie felt both surprised and delighted, "I'll go upstairs and get the bedroom ready for you."
Natalie lived in the master bedroom on the second floor, and there was an empty bedroom across from it.
She didn't feel awkward, just found the amnesiac Adrian quite interesting.
Natalie went to the bedroom to tidy up, bringing over a quilt.
Actually, the room had everything it needed; she just didn't know if Adrian would be comfortable sleeping here.
The bedroom wasn't large, about 250 square feet, with an 80-square-foot small octagonal balcony.
Natalie thought for a moment and then took a bouquet of roses from her own bedroom to add a touch of color.
She nodded in satisfaction, turned around, and saw Adrian standing at the door.
Natalie's cheeks were slightly pink, "You can sleep here."
